1 Student Instructions SD# /18 Awards Program Go to *Please note that if you have any issues when using Internet Explorer to navigate this website, change to a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. If this is your first time on the site, you will need to make a new account. Click Sign Up.

2 The correct Time Zone is (GMT-0800) US/Pacific Make sure that this amount matches the entry on your Declaration of Income if you are applying for Bursaries. Scholarships do not require this information. If you chose not to enter this amount, just enter 0

3 Open the that was sent to you and click on the link to open your Dashboard Click the Start button to begin filling out your application **note. You will only need to fill out this application once. It will automatically be used for all of the awards that you apply for.

4 Read through the Privacy Info Statement, and check I agree then click Next Fill out the student application, then click Save & Exit at the bottom of the form. *Please make sure that your response for Family Income (If applying for Bursaries) matches the amount entered on your Declaration of Family Income Form. Discrepancies may result in disqualification.*

5 Once you start applying for awards, they will be displayed here. You will be able to go back in and edit your submissions until the closing date of the awards program. To begin viewing and applying on awards, click View Awards If you would like to go through and read descriptions and narrow down the list of awards that you want to apply for, you can select the awards that you want from this list and then Create Submissions

6 You will now be taken back to your dashboard, and there will be a button available to view my list where you can see all of the awards that you selected. If there is a specific award that you are searching for, you can use the search box from here

7 To see the description of the award click on the Full Description button **Some awards are specific to students from certain schools, clubs, or other associations, so be sure to read the descriptions of each award to see if you are eligible before applying. The program will not stop you from applying for any award, but you will be disqualified if you do not meet the requirements outlined in the description. If the award asks for proof of attendance at a certain school, you can request a Permanent Student Record from the office of your current school. It will list all of the schools that you have attended in SD 57 Click Apply now to begin applying for an award

8 Any documents that must be included with this submission will be indicated here. **If there are any additional documents that you would like to include with a submission that are not required, you can add it by clicking on the Add Document button To attach a required document click Start

9 From here you can either (a) click on Browse to download a new document, or (b) If it is a document that you have already uploaded, simply click on the Or, use a file you ve uploaded previously drop-down list, and select the document that you wish to use. Make sure to name the attachment before clicking submit. After you click submit, a preview of the document that you have attached will appear on the screen. If it looks correct, click Back (top right side of the screen)

10 Once you are done uploading all the required documents, click on Submit your application. If you would like to back out of this award without finishing your application, to view other awards, click on Click Here to view other awards. Your attachments and progress so far will be saved as is, but the award application will not submit until you click submit application. Un-submitted applications will not be considered after the program closes on February 23, 2018 If you click Submit your application, you will be taken to the submission screen to confirm that you are ready to submit, then it will take you to a submission confirmation screen. You can now return to your account to continue applying for other awards After the awards program is closed, all SUBMITTED award applications will be reviewed. If the application is not submitted, it will not be considered. The Awards Program opens to submissions at 12:01am the morning of Saturday, January 6, 2018 and closes to submissions at 11:59pm the evening of Friday, February 23, 2018.
