Chad Sims, COR, opened the meeting with the announcement about the completion of the change over to the ACC-RI. Joan Rayford went through the presentation materials, in the file, AIT IV PPR Lowry_v1.pdf. The following items were brought up during the slides listed: a. Lowry Organization Chart (Contract Part D B) no questions b. Status of current technological substitutions and additions (Contract Part D A.a) Slide 7 Mod P Slide 8 Mod P Slide 9 Mod P Justin Trine stated that there will be a unilateral mod being issued later this week which won t require Lowry s signature. It will be the acceptance mod for the ACC-RI change over. Slide Ordering Catalog. Status: No approval yet for the Ordering Catalog. Slide CCP ALO008 Replace MC9090 Handhelds A/B with MC75

2 Page 2 of 5 o Russ Sanchez brought the holster sample. The COR is keeping it for Government review, and will return it. o The COR s initial feedback on the holster: Doesn t look like it will work because the base configuration is for the handheld without the handle, and the holster doesn t appear to be a snug fit without the handle. Can the holster be modified to accommodate the MC75 handheld without the handle and be a snug fit? This is being addressed by Lowry. The holster is missing it s belt clip. Is it on the strap portion? The COR promised to send his comments by June 5 th o If the base configuration includes the handle with $0 price increase, then CCP ALO008 would work and CCP ALO010 would not be needed. o The Quick Report had a HERO value of 0. However, the final report had 8. The COR received the final HERO report from Dahlgren last week. The PM J AIT will be sending a unilateral mod (no Lowry signature required) to change the contract to 8 for these CLINs. New Action Item PPR-81: Chad Sims to send Joan Rayford the final HERO report on the MC75s and MC9190s. 3 Page 3 of 5 d. Status of Task Orders, Delivery Orders and Purchase Card Orders (Contract Part D A.c) Slide 28 Report Slide N10PD18265 CIF Barcode o Lowry was asked how was the equipment shipped? A: Via UPS. o The COR stated that effective last month, May 2012, the USPS can t accept for mailing any Lithium batteries. This is due to the USPS following the International Mail Manual, which was updated recently. o New Action Item PPR-83: Chad Sims to send a copy of the new International Mail Manual to Joan Rayford. Post meeting: Chad Sims sent the following on June 7th. Action Item PPR-83 Closed. ALCON, As a follow-up to the PPR please see the attached information related to the prohibition of Lithium batteries going overseas through USPS. "The Postal Service is revising the Mailing Standards of the United States Postal Service, International Mail Manual (IMMR) part 136, to incorporate standards that prohibit the outbound international mailing of lithium batteries and devices containing lithium batteries.the Postal Service is taking this action to bring its international mailing standards into compliance with international standards for the acceptance of dangerous goods in international mail. International standards have recently been the subject of discussion by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Universal Postal Union (UPU), and the Postal Service anticipates that on January 1, 2013, customers will be able to mail specific quantities of lithium batteries internationally, when the batteries are properly installed in the personal electronic devices they are intended to operate. Until such time that a less restrictive policy can be implemented consistent with international standards, and in accordance with UPU Convention, lithium batteries are not permitted in international mail." ( e. Actions Under Warranty and Maintenance (Contract Part D A.d) Slide 36 Maintenance Work o Question about Service Ticket # : What was the delay between

4 Page 4 of 5 the unit arriving at Lowry 3/15/12 and not completing RMA until 4/10/12? New Action Item PPR-84: Roger Davis to provide to Joan Rayford the history on Service Ticket # , and she will send it to Chad Sims. f. Significant Trends (Contract Part D A.e) Slide Not being Notified of AIT IV Opportunities Concern o Lowry asked who are they to turn to in the situation outlined on slides ? A: Justin Trine. o The COR stated that the reason this is occurring is due to decentralized ordering. He said it was OK to go through the AIT IV Ombudsman. The COPOs don t validate the delivery order. o The PM J AIT doesn t have visibility into the non-army purchases. The AIT IV KO is to validate the delivery order. This may be a process issue. o The COR recommended Lowry contact the KO of these awards and request a J&A. o Justin Trine requested that he be notified first, as the AIT IV Ombudsman always will check with the AIT IV KO before proceeding on an issue. o It was stated that Lowry was not the only Supplier raising this issue. o New Action Item PPR-85: Joan Rayford to send Justin Trine the details about the 5 awards listed on slide 39. o New Action Item PPR-86: Once Action item PPR-85 information is received, Justin Trine to investigate the 5 awards and provide his findings to Joan Rayford, Chad Sims. g. Minutes from the previous PPR (Contract Part D A.f) Slide 40 Last PPR minutes. o The COR stated that he will be sending his feedback / approval on the February 8 th PPR minutes when he responds to the June 5 th PPR minutes. Post Meeting: The COR sent his feedback on the February 8, 2012 PPR minutes on June 7, Slide 41 Existing Action Item PPR-12 update: Open. The COR said that the hot links issue identified at the last PPR have been verified fixed. Yesterday he went to view the Ordering Catalog, and hadn t yet received the new link. Joan Rayford recommended that he check his spam box, as the link is sent within the hour of being requested to those with.mil and.gov addresses.

New Action Item PPR-88: Joan Rayford to find out and report back to Chad Sims. o The PM J AIT will be jointly sponsoring a booth with PD TIS at the National Defense Transportation Association conference in Anchorage, Alaska in September o New Action Item PPR-89: Chad Sims to renew CACs for Steve Lowry and Joan Rayford, both of which are due to expire July 23, Next Meeting: October TBD, 2012 Chad Sims to provide final date and time. It may be a joint session with the prfid program. It is anticipated to be October 3 or 4 th 2012 and quarterly thereafter. Lowry requested an afternoon time slot.
