Click on Click here if you forgot your USAW ID and/or password. 5. The following window will display. Enter the address that you used when you initially setup your account and then click OK. 6. (NOTE: If you receive a security warning prior to seeing this box you may have to click OK to proceed) 3

It may take a few minutes but you should also receive an from info@wrestling.org, with your account and password information. 8. 5 Instructions to Renew Membership 1. Open a web browser (i.e. Internet Explorer / Firefox / Google Chrome, etc.) 2. Go to 3. You will see the following screen. 4. Enter your USAW ID and password. You will see the following screen. 5

6 5. On the left side of screen under the Memberships section click on Purchase Membership, you will see the following screen. Then click on Renew membership for child s name. 6. Ensure that the information in the form is accurate. If necessary update the information then click continue. 6

7 7. You will see the following screen. 8. Fill out the information, verify that it is correct. 9. In the first drop down box (*membership type) select the appropriate option. 10. Beginner Wrestlers - For most 1 st and 2 nd year wrestlers you will choose: Maryland Limited Folkstyle Athlete Membership $15.00 This option is only valid for Maryland state level and lower Folkstyle competitions. If you decide to compete in Regional or National level tournaments you will need to upgrade to a full membership $ *Note: You can upgrade to the full membership at a later date. 11. Advanced Wrestlers For more advanced wrestlers you will choose: Maryland Limited Folkstyle Athlete Membership $40.00 This option is valid for all local, regional, and national tournaments. 12. In the second box type in Marlboro Boys and Girls Club and click on GET. 13. Select the name Marlboro Boys and Girls Club (Wrestling) 14. In the third box type/select your child s school grade. 15. In the fourth box enter your child s approximate weight. 7

16. If you prefer you may purchase a hard plastic membership card for an additional $7, however this is not required. Once you purchase your card you will have an option of printing it out.

Read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT WITH PARENTAL CONSENT ("AGREEMENT") 18. If you accept the agreement check the box next to I acknowledge and fill in the Parent/Guardian information. Click on Continue. 19. You will see the following screen. Confirm the information and click on Pay $ **.** with Credit Card 20. You will see the following screen, fill out the form and click Charge my card $ **.** 8
