Limitation described in both Operator Manuals. Recycled sample IDs requiring reflex test may not get ordered. Applies to ABO, Wk_D, and Antibody ID After archive maintenance, order of reflex testing will resume. Software Anomaly Reuse of Plate Frames CC Issue date 09DEC2014 Limit number of times a frame can be used. Capture Screen, Select, and Phenotype assays. Sporadic reports of results not crossing to DMS. Use of frames now restricted to 12 times or the equivalent of the number of strips on plate frame. Mark an X on the frame for ever strip used. 8
