1 CREW PORTAL USER GUIDE Updated: 8/31/2012

2 Greetings Fellow Crew Members! By now, most of you should have received the e-flyer through your personal address. The following pages will give you an overview of the initial access to your web site, how to set-up your password, and how to fill-in the different forms. We will also tell you what to do if you run into trouble. We sincerely hope you enjoy this new tool now available to you! 3 Login Page First, type your Unique ID on the field labeled Employee ID Second, type the password you have received on the field labeled Password Third, click on the Sign In button IMPORTANT! You will not have access to the portal: 1. If you did not give your Hiring Partner or HR Rep a personal If your personal is no longer upto-date or was entered incorrectly. 3. If your has been deactivated. If you do not know why you cannot access the crew portal, please your employee ID to HRCrewPortal@rccl.com

4 Password and Password Reset If this is the first time you are logging in to the portal, please use the temporary password that was sent to your personal . If you did not receive a temporary password, or have [lost/forgotten] your password, please click Reset Password in the blue box. You should receive the prompt below and within 30 minutes a new temporary password will be sent to your personal address. If you do not receive the , it may be an issue with the address we have on file. If you have changed your address or have never provided one, please the Crew Administrator on board your next ship and provide them with your Employee ID and new address. Also, feel free to HRCrewPortal@rccl.com at any time.

5 Changing your temporary password This web portal is designed to protect your personal information and to ensure only you have access to it. We ask that after you receive your temporary password, you enter the Crew Portal and change it. Once inside the portal, go to the menu and move your mouse over the tab titled My Portal. Click on Change My Password. You will be redirected to a page where you can edit all your personal information. Select the last option to change your password. Please make sure you choose a password that is strong and easy to remember. If you forget your password, you can always reset it on the login page.

6 My Portal The three main areas under My Portal are Crew Confirmation, Update My Info, and Change My Password. While they are under three separate tabs, all of them take you to the same page. This is to make navigating the site easier for those who may not be familiar with the portal. From this page, there are several options. Each will take you to a form you may update if and when your personal and document information changes. Let s review these one at a time!

7 Return Confirmation The first link is called Return Confirmation. When clicked, the page will open and you will click YES to reconfirm the joining instructions issued on your last sign- off. If you click NO, your scheduler may contact you to reschedule, but may simply choose to contact another crew member who is available to join. Keep in mind this may affect your future employment with Royal Caribbean International. A box will appear when you have responded. If you clicked Yes then you should receive the first box. If you clicked No you should see the second. If you do not see a box, there may have been a browser error. Please try again. If you are still unsuccessful, please call (877) (CREW).

8 Update My Info Your name cannot be changed on this form, as you will need to present paperwork confirming any legal changes. Contact your HR Center onboard for further information on name change. All other fields may be updated. Once finished, simply click the button called Update to save your changes. A message will appear, if any field is left blank. Please follow the instructions.

9 Passport When you are issued a new passport, please fill-in all four fields required. Your Unique ID field cannot be changed. Remember to update any visa numbers that might have been stamped on your new passport. Once finished, simply click the button called Update to save your changes.

10 Seaman s Book When you are issued a Seaman s Book, please fill-in all four fields required. Your Unique ID field cannot be changed. Once finished, simply click the button called Submit to save your changes.

11 Vaccine When you are vaccinated, please choose from the drop-down field the name of the vaccine, the country where the vaccination took place, and the date. Your Unique ID field cannot be changed. Once finished, simply click the button called Update to save your changes. A prompt will appear if any field is left blank. Please follow the instructions.

12 Visa When you receive a visa that is not in your records, please fill-in all five fields required. Your Unique ID field cannot be changed. Once finished, simply click the button called Update to save your changes. If you have any doubts about these fields do not update this form, but do so when you join the ship.

13 Reminder Please remember that you MUST bring with you all paperwork related to any changes you make on your web site. This includes your passport, vaccination records, medical records, and any other documentation required. The HR Center will ensure that all the information you entered is correct, and your pre-printed sign-on sheet will only require your signature. Remember your HR Center team is ready to help you with any of these forms.
