1 How to Register Your Pack Online for Day Camp Click here OR type in your browser: To Create a New Account, select the Day Camp your pack is planning to attend as the event and press Continue Complete the account registration form. Please make sure you use the following values: Account Type: Unit Unit Type: Pack Unit: (Your Pack Number) District: The District you live in

Once the registration form has been completed, click create account. An e-mail will be sent to the e-mail account you provided on the registration form.

You will need to click on the link to activate your account, you will be asked to login at that time. Use the user name and password you created. Once logged in, as a first-time user, you will have a screen that looks like this. You will need to create your Pack s roster.

3 It is encouraged to create a roster with all of your boys and leaders. Later you will select which boys and leaders will be attending camp. If you have any parents who are planning to attend but are not registered with your Pack, enter them now as well. The information requested for each camp may vary depending on the needs of the camp. Please complete all fields requested. Enter the name of each scout in your Pack. If there are any allergies or dietary restrictions, please check the box and include the information box below. If there are any other concerns about the scout, they can be included in the box as well. NOTE: If the shirt size is required, you may need to scroll through the sizes twice to pick your size. Council is working with Tentaroo to address the problem. This applies to the adult entries as well.

4 When you have entered all of your youth, you will need to enter all of your adults. You will enter them in the same fashion. The information requested of the adults will also vary by camp. After you have created your roster, click on Event Registration to add an event. In the upper right corner, you will see the event (day camp) you have selected for your pack. If this is not correct, you can click on the drop down box and select the correct Day Camp. Your screen will look like this.

5 Once your event has been selected, you will now add the boys who will be attending camp to the registration. Click on New Youth Registration tab. A popup box will appear with the boys on your roster. Select the scout, and the choose event field will populate with choice of events. Click on create registration.

This will be an opportunity to update each scout s record to complete the registration process.

6 A new box will open which will provide an opportunity to complete all of the information required for the event. Each event has different registration requirements. This will be an opportunity to update each scout s record to complete the registration process. If there are edits necessary for the scout, click on Edit Scout. Click save. A message will appear that you have successfully added the scout to your registration. If adding another scout, click on new and repeat the process until all boys attending are included.

7 When all scouts are entered, click on New Adult Registration to add adults. All steps are the same for adults as for youth. Enter all adults planning to attend the event, this will include both registered leaders and parents. When all participants (youth and adults) are added to the event registration, select Option 2 and check out. Select the method of payment. A unit can pay on-line with an e-check or credit card, or can pay at the Council Service Center by cash, check or card. Verify your roster of youth and adult attending the event.

If there are any changes that need to be made to your roster, you can delete a participant by clicking on the red X. If you need to edit a registration, click on the page with the pencil.

When everything is correct, click on Submit My Order. You will get a box that indicates states The order has been placed successfully. Click OK. You will be taken back to your events screen. You can click on any of the icons to view your profile, roster, event registrations, cart and orders.
