1 GTU Day Permit 1 Instructions for GTU Day Permit System Step 1: Account Access 1a: Register: Enter a valid address, password and confirm password to create your account in the system; accept terms and conditions and enter Captcha. Note: all fields are required. 1b: Forgot Password: If you forget your password, click on Forgot Password in the log in screen. It will prompt you to enter your address, once submitted, you will receive an with your temporary password you can use to log in. You can then change your password in your profile. Note: Temporary passwords expire after 24 hours.

2 GTU Day Permit 2 Step 2: Complete Profile 2a. Create Company Profile: Enter all information relating to your company as displayed. Note: All fields are required except Doing Business As (DBA). 2b. Upload Insurance Information: Enter insurance information and upload the requested documents. Documents must be file type.png,.jpg or.pdf only with max size of 5 MB. Note: All fields are required. Next page will display the list of insurance. You are able to edit or add a new insurance here if needed. You can also do this in step 3.

3 GTU Day Permit 3 2c. Create Vehicle Inventory: Enter information for each vehicle you want to register in the system. Documents must be file type.png,.jpg or.pdf only with max size of 5 MB. Note: All fields are required. Next page will display the vehicle list. Here, you can edit or add new vehicle to the list. You can also do this in step 3. Step 3: After Registration, you will see the profile page. Here you can apply for day permits, edit company information, add/edit vehicles, add/edit insurance or change your password. Edit or Add Vehicle: simply click on the vehicle tab (next to Company tab) where you can click on Edit or Add Vehicle button. Same steps apply for changing or editing new Insurance, editing Company or Change Password.

4 GTU Day Permit 4 Step 4. Apply for Day Permits To apply for Day Permit, simply click on the hyperlink DAY PASS FORM on the blue panel or on the PERMIT FORMS on the navigation bar as shown. 4a: Select Vehicle, Insurance and Date of Operation for your permit. Note: You may submit up to three (3) permits in one request. 4b. Trip information: Enter all fields to provide trip(s) information. For each permit selected on the previous page, you may enter multiple trips. Click on Add Trip after each trip information is complete. You will see the list compiling at the bottom of the page (see image below). Note: all fields are required.

5 GTU Day Permit 5 After you have completed entering all trips for all permits, click on Go to Checkout. 4c. Request Overview: Here you will see an overview of your request with price. To view the details of trip information, click on eye icon as shown.

6 GTU Day Permit 6 4d. Submit: Click Next for proceed with checkout process and Submit. 5. Request Status: Once submitted, you will be navigated to the home page that allows you to track the status of the request. You can click on your request to see the permit information. After GTU has finished reviewing your request, you will receive a set of instructions to proceed with the permitting process.

7 GTU Day Permit 7 6. Pay for Requests(s): Once your request is at a state of Approved for Payment, you can click on the Pay Now button to pay for your request. You will be prompted to authorize.net where you will make your payment. (Note: You will receive an receipt to confirm your payment in addition to the permit; once paid, you will also receive your permit to operate in your .) 7. Resubmit denied permits: If any of your permits are denied, you have an option to resubmit the permit(s) by clicking on Resubmit on the top right of your request. You will be prompted to select vehicle and insurance options you want to submit. Here, you may also add, edit or delete trip information. Note: All permits that are operating dates of Saturday, Sunday and Monday must be resubmitted by Friday at 3:30 pm. All other permits must be resubmitted within 24 hours.

8 GTU Day Permit 8 8. Update Request Information 8a. Vehicle/Insurance: If you wish to make any changes to your permit(s) after payment have been made and permit has been issued; for example: if you wish to change a driver or a vehicle, click on the Change vehicle/insurance button on the permit. Select the intended vehicle and/or insurance you wish to replace the existing information and submit your change. Note: Vehicle and Insurance information is enabled only after payment. New vehicle and associated insurance information change need GTU staff validation and will go through approval process. Operators are restricted to maximum of two (2) updates per permit. The updated waybill must be printed and presented at the date of operation.

9 GTU Day Permit 9 8b. Trips: If you wish to add or edit driver information, you are able to change that information in the permit page itself. See image for representation. Note: You are not able to edit other trip information (i.e. Flight number, Group name, time, etc.) You must apply for a separate request. You are able to change other trip information during resubmission only if your permit has been denied.
