Please let me know if you want me to handle these another way, but I received direction to route these types of complaints through you and Maryellen. I received a call yesterday regarding construction work with poor use of BMPs, turbidity, and other potential wetland encroachment at the Eagles subdivision in NW Hillsborough County near the intersection of Patterson Road and Eagles Entry Drive. The complainant said these was very bad and obvious violations which were noticed just working in the nearby vicinity. Based on the SWFWMD WMIS map, it appears that it may be related to the Larson Properties at the Eagles, SWFWMD ERP which was just issued last year. Having not received further details, photos, and having not seen the property myself, I cannot confirm this. It looks like it is a SWFMWD ERP/NPDES issue. 3
