This guide will help you navigate the extensive data, and get the most out of the Databook. As part of your purchase, and Mobilesquared s commitment to providing you with the best data on the global A2P SMS market, you will receive updated versions of the Databook throughout the year. If you have purchased the Online Dashboard If you have purchased the Excel Databook You will have access to all data visualised in interactive graphs, containing the full A2P messaging revenue and white and grey route traffic 5-year forecasts for all 200 markets, split out by mobile operator, total aggregators, domestic and international traffic, traffic by sector, and by type. In addition, you will access two different RCS impact modelling scenarios. You will also receive the Excel version of the Databook (as outlined under Excel Databook column). You will receive an accompanying PDF report, which includes analysis and commentary of the global data, highlights market trends and key drivers, consumer and enterprise messaging usage trends, and delivers an overview of the mobile operator and aggregator value chain. The analysis also includes forecast figures on the number of SMS and SS7 Firewalls deployed, and models the outcome of two likely potential data scenarios outlining the impact of RCS on A2P SMS messaging volumes and revenue. You will have access to core A2P messaging revenue and white and grey route traffic 5-year forecast data for 200 global markets, split out by mobile operator and total aggregators. In addition, you will access two different RCS impact modelling scenarios. You will receive an accompanying PDF report (as outlined under Online Dashboard column). As an Online Dashboard user, your user licence will be valid for 12 months from the date of activation. Your purchase includes one license. Additional licenses can be purchased from Mobilesquared. You will be notified with one month remaining on your annual license, with the option to extend by a further year. 2

3 How to use the online data dashboard: When you purchased the report you will have received log in details in your inbox, including user name and password. To access the dashboard please go to your unique client log in page of the Mobilesquared website (this unique URL will also have been ed to you e.g. mobilesquared.co.uk/client-name), and input your unique user name and password. The Online data is broken down into three separate dashboards; the first dashboard shows a global and regional view of the total traffic and revenues, split by region, country, operators/aggregators, route or sector; the second dashboard gives a by country view of the same, while; the third dashboard shows the average messages and revenue per sub per month by region, country and route. Each dashboard displays two tables sideby side, enabling you to compare any combination of the data (for example, traffic vs. revenues, or white vs. grey traffic, international vs. domestic traffic, lost revenues vs. potential revenues, or compare any of the RCS impact scenarios). Within each dashboard the data can be sliced and diced to create unlimited bespoke charts, which allow you to view the data in any combination you choose, by selecting different criteria from the tick boxes. 4 How to use the Excel Databook: The Excel Databook contains total A2P messaging volumes and revenues for 200 markets worldwide. Messaging volumes are split by total, white and grey routes, by operator, and per subscription per month.
