2 How to login IHC's Marketplace will allow you to cross-sell multiple products all in one session. This helps your bottom line, but more importantly ensures that your clients have all the protection they need. To access your website, obtain your quoting and enrollment tools, see commissions, download marketing materials and much more simply follow the directions below: Log into using your IHC agent number and password. Provided at time of contracting If you forgot your username or password: Username: or Password: Press "click here" to request your information Creating your links Once you log in, you will see your back office sales support portal, which will have all of the tools you will need. On the left side, you will see Link Creation Tool." Click on "Temporary" 1

3 Here you will find your link. Copy and paste this link to use on your website or to distribute. Creating A Web Banner If you scroll down, you will see "Insert a Web Banner." We have created banner ads with your IHC STM links embedded. To use a banner ad, copy the URL and paste it in the HTML of your web page. 2

4 Quote, Compare and Enroll On the home page, under "Quoting and Enrollment" choose "Short Term Medical." This will take you to the product page where you can compare plans and enroll, or a link to a client. link to client Consumers can use the link to select the plans and complete an application at their convenience. The link will have your agent number embedded so you will get credit for the sale. 4

5 Compare plans and enroll Here you can assist your customer in the quoting and enrollment process online, over the phone, or in their office or quote and the quote with application link to your customer at any point in the process. Enter your demographic info, select an effective date, then click Get Quote. Once you are on the plan overview page, you will see details regarding each plan. At this point, you can add additional supplemental products such as IHC Dental, RX Pay Card, Metal gap and Telemedicine. 6 Applying You can enter the application data online with the consumer. Temporary Medical Plans are underwritten and require the consumer to answer health history questions. Demograghic Information: Name of applicant and dependents (if applying) Mailing Address Home Phone number address it is important to only use the applicant s address. Policy information will be sent to this address within 15 minutes. Health History Basic knockout questions If applicant answers YES to any health history questions the temporary policy cannot be issued Questions depend on state and plan. The example above is for Secure Edge. Select Payment methods available: Can be changed after policy is issued Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Checking account: Account number and routing number needed Effective date for Short Term Medical Plans: As early as midnight the day following the application date Any day of the month Cannot be back dated The policies cannot be purchased more than 30 days in advance Billing date for Short Term Medical Plans: Depends on plan and state As early as midnight the day following. Initial premium and billing fees are drafted upon application. 6

7 Policy delivery Policy notifications are delivered via to the consumer using the address provided in the application process. Always use the customer's address. Consumer will receive a username/password to log into the website link provided in the they received. The forgot password link is located here: Access will include:» Policies for download or print» Short Term Medical ID Cards» Metal Gap Policy information (if applied for)» Communicating for America benefit details and access, including Vision Discounts R/X Discounts» IHC Dental Policy (if applied for) Dental ID Cards will be mailed to the consumer s mailing address provided» R/X Pay Card (if applied for) Plan details ID/Access Card» Telemedicine (if applied for) Make sure to check spam or related folders if details aren't delivered to your inbox. View or download policy information View incomplete policies to determine next steps to complete If using Safari or Firefox, the PDF's need to be downloaded then viewed as a file, they will not display properly in either of these browsers. Suggested browsers are Google Chrome OR Internet Explorer.
