The portal makes it easy to contact your AtlantiCare team of providers and view your medical information through a special password-protected website. All personally identifying information shared through the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal (such as your name and address) will be treated with the highest levels of confidentiality. We will never share, sell or lease your personally identifying information with any person or organization outside of AtlantiCare. AtlantiCare s Health-E You Patient Portal uses advanced encryption technology to protect your personal information, as well as the messages shared between you and your AltantiCare providers. You may access the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal at any time, day or night whenever it is most convenient for you. By signing up for the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal, you will be able to: Communicate electronically with the members of your healthcare team for non-urgent medical matters Request appointments with your AtlantiCare providers, as well as referrals Request refills of your prescription medicines You will be asked to create a unique user identification (ID) and password the first time you visit the AtlantiCare Health-E You Patient Portal. This ID and password will be used to log into the portal every time you enter the site. All Health-E You messaging is managed through a secure connection via the patient portal. Strict access controls are in place to protect your personal information, and the Health-E You privacy and security team routinely audits access to your records to keep your information safe from unauthorized access or disclosure. Each enrolled user must have an active account; access to a computer, smartphone or mobile device (i.e., ipad ) with an Internet connection; and a current web browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari).
