What is the intended RFP award date? February 26 th, 2018 Do you have an estimated timeframe for vendor demonstrations? February 6 February 25 th, Do you prefer an on site implementation? Preferred, not required. You state that you want the solution to integrate with Peoplesoft. Any other integrations required? Shibboleth, our single sign on solution. Other Requirements Chart: What are the types of artifacts that you would foresee attaching? How big are they? How many? Various standard file types such as.doc,.pdf,.jpeg. We saw the requirement for integration with another product, but is there a need for any data migration? If so, how many records to migrate and what file format are they today? Data migration is required. Multiple options for export options, such as.csv. Approximately 50,000 to 80,000. Creation date of records would need to be imported correctly. In terms of "Integration: ERP PeopleSoft specifically Campus Solutions 9.2." pg. 5 of RFP. What integration tools are you currently using to integrate third party software with Campus Solutions? Integration Broker, Web Services, API, or File Loads.

2 What inbound and outbound communication channels do you want the system to support (i.e., enable, track, report on)? Text messaging, , print mail, phone call, in person meeting, group meetings. How many individual addresses do you currently communicate with? Annually, 20,000. How many total individual addresses do you anticipate communicating with annually based on your vision of your new CRM solution (including current students, alumni, friends of the College and prospective students)? ~60,000 annually. Can you outline a typical communication campaign that you would want to execute and track in the CRM? Search for what among what content? Could you provide examples? Search for contacts in the system by first name, last name, , phone, address, both full and partial. IS SMS and/or MMS a channel of communications within the scope of this RFP? If so, do you have a current SMS provider that you would like to continue using? Do you anticipate messaging to international numbers? Yes, SMS or MMS is within the scope of this project. No, we currently do not have an SMS service. International is preferred, but not required.

3 Is Social Media a channel of communications within scope of this RFP? If so, how many messages do you currently respond to on Social Media monthly? Which Social Media Channels are you currently using to engage with your constituents on (i.e. Twitter, Facebook, Snap Chat, Google+, LinkedIn?) To be determined. Not required in scope. Is postal address verification within the scope of this RFP? Do you currently use a postal address verification service? If so what service is it? Yes, this is in scope. We currently use Accuzip. Do you require student self service (e.g., check list management, portals, etc.) as part of the solution? Not required. Approximately how many applicants do you have per year? ~8,000 to 12,000 What system are you currently using to collect the online Admissions applications from students? Since this was specifically not mentioned is this within scope of the RFP or do you intend to continue to use your current solution. Will you be feeding your admissions applications into your CRM solution or directly into PS Campus solutions? We intend to continue to use our current application solutions. However, we will evaluate other application solutions. Are you seeking an integrated solution for your online admissions application at this time? We prefer an integrated solution. In Section #3, #7 states the CRM must provide robust travel management. Can you clarify what this means? Are you looking for specific functions? We are seeking a CRM that supports travel management for admissions counselors to recruiting events. Potential travel management includes travel details, reminders, and time management around events.

4 Is a hard copy of the response at all required, or is a PDF attached to an sufficient? PDF is sufficient. How many users would be using the system? Approximately One requirement of the CRM is supporting strategic admissions goals (section 3, page 14, item 6): Can you clarify examples of strategic admissions goals Central Washington has set to execute? The CRM will help manage, track, and provide data insights into enrollment goals. These may include standard admissions KPIs. Does the university have Office 365 licenses? Yes. Does Central Washington currently use an imaging system for admissions and application documents? Yes. We have a custom built document imaging system in PeopleSoft. Do you currently use Outlook or Gmail on campus for ad hoc communication? Microsoft Outlook. Is a response to Appendix D required for all vendors, even if not located within Washington State? Yes, we want to know if vendors submitting proposals have a diversity plan and, if so, what it is. Which populations will be served with this solution (e.g., undergraduate, transfer, graduate, international, etc.)? All students will be served with this solution, including undergraduate, transfer, graduate, international.

5 What method of authentication is used for users? Does it support oauth 2.0? Shibboleth for authentication with Microsoft active directory Regarding Mandatory Requirement No. 3: a. How many students would attend? TBD. b. Would you be using the train the trainer approach or do you want us to train everyone? TBD. Page 4, Section 1:Bid Checklist and Submittal Page, Subsection 1.2 asks us to acknowledge that we have responded to all sections of Section #4: Responses Requires of All Bidders and that we have include a signed Product Specifications/Bid Sheet. However, Section 4 is the Award/Evaluation Criteria and no Product Specifications/Bid Sheet is included. Could you please clarify? The original checklist on page 4 should be referencing Section 3 Required Responses. Also, we didn t make a Product Specifications/Bid Sheet because it didn t fit the format of this particular bid. This checklist has been corrected in addendum 1 to show the proper reference. Has the RFP response deadline changed from January 26 to February 5th? Yes
