It allows user to create questionnaire by selecting date, themes and questions having relevant answers stored in the system. It helps to get feedback from customers about your products and services. 6 2.3 Add, Edit and Delete Answers and Questions User will be able to add, edit and delete answers and questions of the survey. User can remove the question if no longer needed. User can add a new question which will help to get more accurate data regarding the survey. 2.4 Create & Set Theme and Logo Banner User can create and set the content, theme and logo banner for the survey. 7 2.5 Preview the survey User will be able to preview the survey before sending it to customers. It will help user to see how the final product will be visible to customers. Page 7
8 2.6 Survey sent to Multiple Recipients User can send the survey to multiple recipients within SuiteCRM system. Below are the modules from which users can send Survey to Multiple recipients: o Accounts o Contacts o Leads o Users o Targets o Target Lists It helps to save time of sending the mail one by one with Survey Link User can send attaching survey link in it. 9 2.8 Data Retention The data collected from survey is stored in SuiteCRM. The data is stored in SuiteCRM for reporting purpose. 2.9 Reports User can view different types of reports generated from survey. User can view questions based, individual user based and collective reports. Individual based report is displayed in grid format. Grid view displays name of person who submitted survey, survey send date, survey receive date, module type and status. It will have a survey template module, survey module, survey question module, survey pages module, survey answers module, survey submission module and survey report module Rating field Type Admin will be able to add a question having rating as field type.
