2 Welcome & Account Set Up Once you are a Wellness Member you will receive a welcome with instructions to access the MindBody website. Only Wellness Members will be able to activate an account and sign up for classes. Non-members and/or guests will have to call the Fitness Center to sign up. Follow the Create new password link to register your account.

3 Account Set Up The link to create a new password in your will directly take you to Esplanade Naples MindBody site. This will be the website you will use and would highly encourage you to save as a bookmark on your computer. Create your password and click Save.

5 How to Sign Up for Classes Only Wellness Members will be able to sign up for classes online or on the app. You can identify yourself as a member if you have the blue circle next to the log out icon.

6 Signing Up for Classes Single or Recurring Reservation You may sign up for classes 2 weeks in advance. Make a single reservation: sign up for one class. Make a recurring reservation: sign up for multiple classes.

9 Cancellation Policy: Early To cancel a class click on the cancel button on the right of the screen.

10 Early Cancellation Confirmation After canceling any classes, we will send you a confirmation . You may opt out of these s in your account profile.

11 Cancelation Policy: Late Late Cancel means you will be canceling within the 24 hour cancelation period. If there are not 3 other residents signed up you may be assessed a $10 fee.

14 Account Set Up This is a separate account and log in than the website, but you may use the same password to create account.

15 Account Set Up & Favorites Tap on the search icon and type Esplanade Naples. Our logo and location will show. Tap on Esplanade then on the heart to make it a favorite. This means it will populate on your home screen for easy access to class scheduling.

17 How to Access Schedule Esplanade Naples is now a favorite. Here you can tap to view and book classes. Same day classes will have CALL on the right hand side to prompt you to call the fitness center to sign up. Any other classes within the 2 week rolling sign up period will have BOOK on the right hand side.

18 How to Sign Up for Classes Tap on the day and class you want to attend. Tap Book on the bottom of the screen. Your schedule will now show that you have booked that class and the Home screen will show it on your calendar. After booking you will have an option to share it or add it to your phone s calendar.

19 Canceling Classes To cancel within our cancelation period tap your schedule to see classes you ve signed up for. Tap the class you want to cancel. Tap Cancel and CONFIRM. You will receive a cancelation confirmation .

20 Troubleshooting Notice: Booking Unavailable If you try to book a class and are unable or you see the prompt Booking is Unavailable verify your account. Tap the Home icon on the top left, go to your settings, then tap Verification. Follow up by going to your account and clicking Verify My . This will sync MindBody Web and MindBody App.

21 Troubleshooting Notice: Booking Unavailable To verify that the sync worked, tap the Home icon on the top left of the screen and find My Info in the toolbar. Tap Passes and you will find your Wellness Membership information. Do not be concerned with the Expiration date. Your true expiration date is the last day of the calendar year.
