Punching out Punch out to end your shift. Once punched out your time will no longer be recorded. Remember to end any meals or breaks before punching out. 1. Tap End Shift. Enter your badge number, finger print, or swipe card. 3. Receive confirmation.
2 Punching Punching out for a Meal Punch out to start your meal. Note: You do not have to punch out for 15 minute breaks. 1. Tap Start Meal. Enter your badge number, finger print, or swipe card. 3. Receive confirmation. Punching in from a Meal Punch back in from a meal to resume working. 1. Tap End Meal. Enter your badge number, finger print, or swipe card. 3. Receive confirmation.
3 Scheduling Checking your Schedule Review your schedule to check upcoming shifts, holidays, and time away from work. 3. Tap Schedule. Tap a Blue Icon to view that day s event. Tap the Information Card to get a more detailed view of the scheduled event.
4 Time Away From Work Requesting Time Away From Work Use the Dayforce Touch Clock to request time away from work. Requests are not finalized until a manager approves them. 3. Tap Time Away. Tap and set the Reason, Start Date, and End Date. Tap Save. 6. View your new pending time away from work request.
5 Availability Setting Your Daily Availability Inform your manager of changes to your schedule by updating your availability. This lets them know the days and times you re able to work. 3. Tap Availability. Tap the day you want to update. Set All Day to No and set the times you re available From and To. 6. (Optional) Tap Copy Availability To and select which other days of the week this change should be applied to. 7. Tap Save.
6 Availability Setting Yourself as Unavailable Inform your manager of changes to your schedule by updating your availability. Follow these instructions to set yourself as unavailable to be scheduled. 3. Tap Availability. Tap the day you re unavailable. Change Available to Off if you re unable to work. 6. (Optional) Tap Copy Availability To and select other days of this week you re unavailable. 7. Tap Save.
7 Earnings Viewing your Earning Statements The Dayforce Touch Clock can display your earning statements. Use the Self Service Wages feature to open a mobile version of your compensation history. 3. Tap Wages. Dayforce Touch Clock displays your latest earning statement. Use the Arrows to navigate all of your earning statements in the system.
8 Messaging Checking your Messages Important information is delivered to your Message Center. Use the Dayforce Touch Clock to read and reply to your messages. 3. Tap Messages. Tap an unread message in the inbox. Proceed to Reply or Delete. Tap the Back Arrow and return to your inbox if no action is required.
9 Dayforce Quick Reference Mobile App Getting Started 1. Tap Dayforce HCM icon. The first time you open the app you'll need to connect your account before logging in. Tap Connect to Account. 3. Enter your Company ID: ymcabuffalo. Tap Verify Company ID. Enter your Username and tap Save and Continue. Enter your password and tap Login. You will have access to different areas of the app including Availability, Benefits, Clock, Messages, My Profile, Schedule, Time Away, Timesheet, etc.
10 Dayforce Quick Reference Mobile App Punching In and Out 1. Tap Dayforce HCM icon. Tap Clock. 3. Tap Punch In. After you punch in, the application displays additional buttons that you can use to start your meal or break, record a transfer, or punch out. To record a punch, touch the appropriate button.
11 Dayforce Quick Reference Mobile App Requesting Time Away from Work Use the mobile app to request time away from work. Requests are not finalized until a manager approves them. 1. Tap Dayforce HCM icon. Tap Time Away. 3. Tap the Expand button to create a new request. If you have any pending or approved requests they would be listed here. Tap New Request. Select the Reason. Dayforce knows your time off policies and uses the Reason to determine if and how you'll be paid during your time off. 6. Select the Start and End dates. 7. Submit your request for approval by tapping Expand. Tap Save. Your time off request will now be listed as Pending. The next time your manager logs on to Dayforce, they'll be notified of your request and submit a response.
