2 How to fix Outlook on a PC or Laptop when it will not connect. -Or- How to fix an Outlook Profile To get to the control panel Hold down the windows button between CTRL and ALT on the left side and hit the R key. Next type in control ( Windows 10 the box will appear when you start typing. Select control panel from the list.) Win 7 type control and hit enter. Open control Panel and make sure in the upper right hand corner small icons is selected. Find Mail and click on it.

3 Select Show Profiles from the list below. Click on the profile then click and remove.

4 Click on Yes Click apply and OK

5 Relaunch outlook. You will get this window like this. Put your name in it and click ok

6 This should auto fill with your User Id info just like it did for me. Click next This screen will appear.

7 This screen will appear and you will click OK. Now it will have completed and you should click Finish Outlook will auto restart. Back to Top

8 Mobile Device information The IT department recommends using the Microsoft Outlook app. This can be downloaded from either ITunes or Goggle Play store. Back to Top Search for Microsoft Outlook If you already have the Microsoft Outlook app. You may experience any of the following after the migration is complete. 1. You may be prompted for your password. Once completed you have access to your mail. 2. You may need to access the app options and deleted your current profile. Then you will need to create a new profile using the mobile outlook configuration below. 9 WebMail When you access webmail using the link the following will happen. 1. You will be prompted as normal for your UserID and Password. 2. You will be re-directed to a page with the following information. With the Link This link will direct you to the Office 365 logon screen 1. Type your address in top box 2. Type your password in bottom box This will take you to your office 365 Outlook webmail page. Back to Top

10 / Calendar Invites Auto-Complete Once you are able to access your please follow the procedures below to prevent known issues with sending an to multiple recipients and calendar schedule invites. 1. Click on file. 2. Click on options in the left column of the account information window. 3. Click on Mail in the left column of the outlook options window. 4. Scroll down until you see Empty Auto-Complete List located in the Send Messages section. This button will be found on the right hand side of window. 5. Click on Empty Auto-Complete Button. 6. Click Yes to confirm. 7. Click on OK to close window. Back to Top

11 How to Change an O365 Calendar access (permissions) Go to Office O365 or to O365 Outlook (link found at ) I select my calendar (ABC) I then click on Share Then I select ABC

12 This window then appears: I want to change Kevin for "edit" to "view all details" I click on the box that says Can Edit I change it to "view all details" Then I click on done. Back to Top

13 Shared Calendar It is possible that after your migration to the cloud that a calendar shared with co-workers will need to be re-established in the cloud. This is indicated when a calendar s non-owner attempts to access the shared calendar and gets a security prompt. Back to Top

14 How to Share an O365 Calendar Go to Office O365 or to O365 Outlook (link found at ) I select my calendar (ABC) I then click on the share button. I then select ABC This windows appears. Since I have not shared this with anyone no one is listed here.

15 Start typing the name of the user in the window. Names matching what you have typed in will start to appear. (I am unable to show that here.) I am typing in Kevin's name: As I type in kev a list of peoples name that start with kev show up in a list. (I am unable to show here )

16 I choose Kevin, I want to change his setting so I click on the box and a drop down menu appears I select "Can edit" I then click share.
