The ihasco Online Training and Reporting Suites. The following will explain the benefits of using ihasco, health and safety training ONLINE. Our Online training consists of two parts, firstly, easy and instant online access to your chosen ihasco training courses and secondly, full access to your own ihasco Reporting Suite a management tool which tracks the progress and results of each member of staff's training. Let s look at how easy it is to use our online training We send an to your organisation's TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR as soon as training is ordered or trialled. This includes two main things - a secure link to YOUR COMPANY S NEW TRAINING SUITE and also your username and password which will be needed to access the Reporting Suite 2. The main link is then distributed via or intranet to all your staff. 3. Staff click the link. They are presented with this Log-in screen - and enter their address. Your staff members then enter their first name and last name and any optional fields defined by the administrator (They include Job title, Employee number, Department, Branch, Location, Other) Once the information is entered the staff member is immediately presented with their Personal Training Suite and can now start training from any location with internet access.
They simply select the programme they have been instructed to complete and begin working through a series of engaging, interactive activities designed to ensure the essential safety messages are learned and retained. Each programme can be completed in one go, or stopped at the end of a section and exited. Progress will be saved and the session will simply resume where the individual left off, the next time they log in. This screen is an example of a staff member at various stages in their training in the different training programmes. This also holds links to certificates and risk assessments which can be accessed and updated as required
in detail... This shows the trainee is currently in the middle of a course: This shows the trainee hasn t started the course yet: This shows the trainee has completed the course and scored 70% in the test. If the trainee wants to repeat the course they click on the Start New Session button. This shows the trainee has an archived training session, certificate and risk assessment, but also has a new training session in progress: The certificates can be viewed and printed at any time:
The Reporting Suite: The Personal Training Suites feed the information on the training of each of your employees back to the Company Reporting Suite for you to monitor. In the that was sent to you with the Training Suite Link there are also details of your Username and Password to access the suite. Go to Log in using your Username and Password. You will then be presented with this screen: If you want to see who has used the Fire Awareness in the Workplace training, for example, simply click in this area.
Here you can see the results of the people that have started or completed this training. The data can be sorted or searched by any column. Employees can be ed congratulations or reminders to finish the course. All training an individual has completed can be further explored by clicking the Human icon. Certificates and risk assessments can be viewed and printed, the risk assessment can also be updated and the time spent on each section within each course can be seen. From this area you can: See all training results See the date of the last training session Monitor progress See test score Print a certificate Export or print results Sort results by any column. All results can be downloaded as spreadsheets. And findings of DSE risk assessments are collated, highlighting any issues. In addition all our online training courses are updated regularly, so clients can rest assured that the courses are up to date. The course contents are automatically updated to reflect any changes in best practice or relevant legislation, and any changes are instantly available to our online customers. Similarly, online customers have the benefit of immediate updates of enhancements made to the programmes, such as subtitles and additional test questions. Online clients can also benefit from additional optional enhancements. Corporate logos and personalised messages can be added to the training suite, and logos included on certificates. We can even manage the entire process, providing detailed reports and, if required, will all staff directly to ensure they complete the training. In summary, IHASCO ONLINE training is incredibly easy to use both by managers and staff. It gets the job done without over-burdening any management staff with administration and, essentially, proof of training is automatically recorded for each member of staff. We have thousands of satisfied customers who enjoy all the benefits of ihasco ONLINE training. Simply call or us for a no-obligation, free trial, so you can see how your organisation can benefit too. Thank you for your interest. T sales@ihasco.co.uk
