1 Login Screen Enter the information required to login. First time users must be entered entered in the Schedule Ease employee information screen with a valid address before attempting first login. Page 1 of 18
2 Main Menu The Main Menu allows navigation to all available functions. Tabs at the top of the menu are used to select the department. A ticker displaying each departments welcome messages runs below the department tabs. Mousing over will stop the ticker, long messages will have a "more..." link to display a popup of the whole message. Buttons for commonly used functions appear below the department tabs when leaving the main menu. Update Your Password Enter your new password and confirm it here. Passwords must be more than four characters. Page 2 of 18
3 Submitting Special Requests Starting date, reason, and comment are required fields. Single day requests do not require an ending date. A summary of past requests is located at the bottom of the screen. Page 3 of 18
4 Holiday Requests Requesting a holiday off before the first day to request will trigger a notification message. The request will not be accepted or recorded. The first day available to request the holiday off and the holiday name are displayed in the notification. Page 4 of 18
5 PTO Report View the amount of used and remaining PTO from this screen. Page 5 of 18
6 Schedule Switches Date of your shift, employee number to switch with, and comment are required fields. Clicking on the date field will trigger the calendar to select a date. The date picker will start from the first day available to make a special request. Filling information Employee number of the person to switch shifts must be known. When finished filling the required information, click Submit Switch. Page 6 of 18
7 Switch status Submitted switches and status is listed at the bottom of the screen. Page 7 of 18
8 Accepting Schedule Switches Clicking on the accept or reject switch button will prompt for confirmation of the decision to accept or reject the switch. Page 8 of 18
9 Read Memos All memos are displayed on this screen including the date posted and acknowledged by the employee. Employees may click on the memo name link to review the memo. Acknowledge a Memo Employees are prompted to input their initials at the bottom of each memo for acknowledment. Memos may only be acknowledged by the employee logged in to Schedule Ease. Page 9 of 18
10 Your Schedule Requesting early out, giving an assignment, and requesting to pick up an assignment can be done by clicking on the links in the schedule. Page 10 of 18
11 Available Assignments To view available assignments, click the Available link on the day to be viewed. When mousing over the available link, a balloon will appear with the time(s) of the available assignment(s). To request an assignment, click the corresponding Pick up link and confirm the request in the popup window. Page 11 of 18
12 Conditional Assignments When an available assignment is listed as conditional, you must be willing to exchange a requested shift. Page 12 of 18
13 Give an Assignment To give an assignment for advertisement, click on the Give link of the day to give. Select the desired type of give. Page 13 of 18
14 Conditional give with time start Selecting a conditional give to switch time starts will require picking the time to accept for the give. Page 14 of 18
15 Conditional give to switch day Selecting a conditional to switch days give will require picking the time(s) and checking the day(s) to accept for the give. Page 15 of 18
16 Request an Early Out To request an early out, click on the link for the day of the request in schedule view and confirm on this screen. Preferred time early out When available, an early out time request may be selected before clicking submit. Page 16 of 18
17 Early out request confirmation A popup confirming the early out request will be displayed after clicking submit. Page 17 of 18
18 Standby Request Employees may volunteer for the standby list by clicking the link of the corresponding day. Standby employees must submit a contact number for the scheduling office to call or text. Page 18 of 18
