14 Q & A Q: Will your upload feature edit duplicate s out from VB? A: Yes - at the time of upload, we tell you how many names were not added to your VR mailing list because they were either a duplicate record or they have previously bounced or unsubscribed. You can even download a.csv list to see the full records. Q: If you update your list and someone unsubscribed, does the system recognize that and not send them an ? For ex. our site gets as many as 50 new people a day and we would just upload each week. A: Yes, you can upload an entirely new list every week, and our system will automatically filter out duplicates, bounces and unsubscribes. In addition, you may choose to use our list append option which will add new names you provide to any existing VR list. Again, duplicates, bounces and unsubs are automatically filtered for you. 15 Q & A Q: Are duplicates only counted at one person and not two for pricing? A: Correct. Because we suppress duplicate addresses from receiving the same campaigns, it won t be billed as an additional recipient. Q: Are unsubscribed users counted in your list as subs for billing? A: Previously-unsubscribed addresses will be suppressed from campaigns and billing, but the initial mailing that prompts the first unsub request will be billed. Q: Can you create new templates for the Canvas module? A: Any campaign you create or design can be copied for future campaigns. If you create a customized version of our pre-designed templates, or create your own template from scratch, that can be copied and modified as many times as you like. Page 15 VerticalResponse, Inc.

16 Q & A Q: Are the human checkers reviewing campaigns 24 hours a day? A: We do have coverage around the clock to accommodate all our international customers, but it s advised that you give your campaigns some lead time if you re trying to send during off hours for our main US-based support team. Q: It would be useful to know who's unsubscribing A: In addition to getting unsubscribe totals on your performance reports, you can download detailed info on recipients who choose to unsubscribe from your campaigns. Go to the Download Lists option on the left sidebar and check the unsubscribed box to generate a.csv list. Q: Do we need to generate a list every time we create an ? A: No. We save every list you create unless you choose to delete it. You can add names any time you like, or save new lists every time and then send a campaign to multiple lists. 17 Q & A Q: On integration back to vbulletin, what is the recommended best practice in terms of managing bounces and unsubscribes? A: vbulletin doesn t currently offer 2-way list sync, but you can download a csv file of everyone in your master VerticalResponse list who has bounced or unsubscribed to use for updates back into your vbulletin data. Q: Are there any tools to help ensure the s don't end up in junk mail folders or getting killed by spam filters? A: We have some of the best delivery rates in the world because we work hard to establish and maintain a stellar sender reputation. We authenticate all client through the use of the three leading authentication protocols: SPF (Sender Policy Framework), Sender-ID, DomainKeys and DKIM.
