8 Current status of Mongolian Real-time GNSS network GNSS CORS stations have been established since 2010 in Mongolia. Trimble Net R8, NETR9 receivers are used. - 3 locations /2010/ - 6 locations /2011/ - 8 locations /2012/ - 6 locations /2013/ - 17 locations /2014/

10 Current status of Mongolian Real-time GNSS network Each CORS stations are connected to Trimble Dynamic Control. Users could be connected through the following references: RTN users IP: Port: 2101 User: Rover Password: Rinex files ftp:// TDC manage page Each stations save their observation file as RINEX.

12 Current status of Mongolian Real-time GNSS network Contribute the own CORS data for IGS reference frame. Australian Land Authority to contribute 23 CORS data to the AUSPOS /Australia/, OPUS /USA/ online processing service

13 Current status of Mongolian Real-time GNSS network Legal framework Geodesy and Cartography law, 1997 GNSS CORS establishing guideline by the resolution order 139 of Minister of Construction and urban development, 2011 /This work-book consists of types of user s and government s right, data extension, condition to use of CORSs etc./

14 CHALLENGES 1. Some CORS installed in area without internet connection /2G or higher/

15 CHALLENGES 2. Distribution of the CORS are coarse /distances are large/. Example: when area of interest is more than 50km away from CORS and 1:1000 scale mapping are required then CORS cannot be used.

16 CHALLENGES 3. However, CORS are established every year it is not enough to coverage in Mongolian territory /state budget/ Budget to RTN /by years/ ? USD

17 ENHANCEMENT IDEA REAL-TIME GNSS NETWORK Establish more GNSS CORSs throughout the country /increase number of stations/ Use a post processing service to process rinex data measurement around the established GNSS CORS. From this Course: - Should to establish GNSS CORS /supported QZSS/ in east side of MGL - Need a check RTN kinematik data using RTKLib
