3 3 STEP 1 : INSTALLATION AND VERIFICATION OF JAVA Verify Java in Google. Click on Verify Your Java Version STEP 2 :

9 9 INSTALLATION AND VERIFIACTION OF DIGITAL SIGNATURE DRIVER STEP 1 : [Common for both SafeSign and etoken] Check whether System is of 32 bit or 64 bit in My Computer ->do right click -> Properties FOR SafeSign/Moser Baer Token Drivers (Black colour) STEP 2 : Goto Folder (provided in the CD with PKI) e tender\moser\safesign \Bin Install the SafeSign_Clientx86.exe file (for 32 bit) or SafeSign64-bits_Client.exe file (for 64 bit) according to System properties in STEP 1.

10 10 STEP 3 : Click on NEXT. STEP 4 : If SafeSign is already installed then Select Modify and Click on NEXT. If SafeSign is installed for first time then Refer to the Step 5

29 29 Select I accept the risk and want to run the application and click on Run STEP 10 : Select the user and click on Register STEP 11 :

30 30 Enter Pin [ mentioned in your DSC kit ] and select OK STEP 12 : Message will be popped up DSC has been registered successfully. Click OK. STEP 13 :

33 33 INSTALLATION PROCESS OF DSC FOR e-procurement INTERNET COMPATIBILITY SETTING STEP (When using internet explorer) STEP 1: Setting Icon Click on Setting Icon ---> Compatibility View Setting STEP 2: Type bihar.gov.in and click Add button

39 39 STEP 11: Enter etoken Password [mentioned in your DSC kit ] and click OK STEP 12 : Click OK
