1 RELEASE NOTES FOR MEDFORCE WINDOWS CLIENT Release Version: ABOUT THIS RELEASE This release includes a new activity productivity report and the ability to print from Batch preview. It also includes various bug fixes. NEW FEATURES CONTENTCENTER The following new features are included in this release: 1. Added a Run button to manually run the Data Export functionality from the File Export Data Schedules user interface [54516] 2. Added the feature to staple archived documents. [54759] 3. Added a new custom report that shows the average age of workflow tasks per activity, per user, for an inputted date range. [51766] 4. Added a system parameter that when set to Y will use the MD5 hash to check if a duplicate file is being Imported to Batch. [56036] BUILD Added an Audit Log entry for deleted Company Name, ID, Logged User and Date deleted in the Audit Log report found in Reports Audit Log Forms [56533] BUILD A new version of the ABN CMS R 131 child form of the Patient Information form has been added to Medforce. [56746] 7. Added a new option to export Documents with Annotations using the Export Document functionality.[56766] 8. Added the ability to export documents from the Personal Cabinet using the Export Document functionality.[57002]

2 9. Added a print function to the Scanned Batch preview window. [56933] 10. In ShipCenter for FedEx, added the address fields to the displayed and printed report to view all delivered packages.[56812] 11. Added a new Administrator Setting in Admin Tools Admin Settings Admin Settings General Tab to enable time zone information to all date/time stamps. [57021] REMITCENTER 1. Updated the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) redetermination cover sheet form and added a new user interface tab called Report Input when you select ALJ in the Cover Page drop down menu. [55920] BUILD Added support for the ERN Claim Adjustment report for both Single and Multi-company Firebird Databases. [57504][57380] COMMANDCENTER 1. In a grouped workflow view, restricted the number of loaded tasks to 10,000 records. A new message will pop up ' Data limit warning: 10,000 group results were returned, this is the max. Additional groups will not load' [55100] BUILD Added a new Workflow View filter condition Does Not Contain when creating / editing a workflow view and selecting criteria in step 4 of 8. [54315] BUILD Added functionality to delete empty workflow view folders in the Manage Workflow Task Views screen using a user interface in the Medforce Utility. [54382] 4. Added a new Administrator Setting in Admin Tools Admin Settings Admin Settings General Tab to enable time zone information to all date/time stamps. [57021] 5. Added Task Number as a possible selection for one of the fields that will be displayed on Escalation notifications.[36776]

Fixed a bug that required users to refresh a workflow view in order to see the changes made to the value of a dropdown field in the Custom fields form of the task.[57923] REVISED FEATURES CONTENTCENTER & REMITCENTER 1. Removed the option to save system reports in Excel format when previewing. However, if viewing system reports in Linked mode, the option to save the reports in Excel format will still exist. [39697] FIXED FEATURES CONTENTCENTER The following fixed features for ContentCenter are included in this release: 1. Increased the size of the filter dropdown button for the column headings in Save Scanned Batch. [53460] 2. Fixed an issue that created duplicate bins when refiling an entire file from the Deposits and EOMBs cabinet to a different company. [55369] 3. Merge type HL7 files will import successfully using the import scheduled service [53899] 4. Fixed an issue that caused Medforce to freeze when using the RemoteApp to view a PDF with the full screen option selected. [53682] 5. Improved the performance speed of auto-filing classification templates with full text search. [55479] 6. When using the Import to Batch scheduled service, for files that cannot be moved to the archived folder because the archive directory could not be found, the system will no longer create duplicate files. [54597] 7. Fixed issues with the Import Header functionality that was importing data to the patient form but was updating the wrong records.[56798] BUILD Fixed an Access violation after a user logs in. [55727] 9. Fixed the inverse color issue for TIFs with photometric tag. [55361]

4 10. Fixed a bug that did not record export log data when exporting documents from Medforce. [50814] 11. Fixed an issue that caused the Zones column dropdown menu in the Auto-file results screen (without Zone list) to be unresponsive when the dropdown is clicked.[56230] 12. Fixed an access violation error when adding/removing a group from a user in the User Maintenance form if running the mfscan.exe with Debug_SQL=Y. [56346] 13. Fixed the whiteout tool in Template Manager. [56350] 14. Improved loading performance of workflow views with a large number of tasks, using fields from more than four forms, ERN claims, and ERN Claim Detail forms.[54372] BUILD Fixed a bug that generated a Patient Not Found error message when copying a patient form record with the first, last and date of birth fields are selected to be copied. [56463] BUILD When an unsupported image file is saved into a cabinet file, a new error message will be displayed: Unable to load TIF page, x, from stream. The data-stream is corrupted or not a supported format. Try to convert it to Fax4 compression and try again [56437][UI Change] 17. Fixed a SQL lock error when using the Medforce Company utility to delete a company from a multicompany database. [51105] 18. Fixed a bug when stapling documents together so the page number is highlighted in grey to indicate the document has been added. [56813][UI Fix] 19. Fixed an issue that caused files imported into Medforce on a schedule that failed to move into the archived folder. Files that fail to be imported will now remain in the home folder. [56171] 20. Fixed an issue that caused the Export Document Utility to not be able to export archived documents from dynamic cabinets. [56568] BUILD Fixed a bug that caused 125% and 150% resolutions in Windows 10 to cut off the License Assignment buttons in Group/ User Maintenance screens like Cancel, Save, and Save & Close buttons. [56888] 2. Fixed a bug that caused Print Received Stamp option to become unchecked when printing multiple documents if one of the documents did not have a Received Stamp annotation on it. [57224] 3. Fixed the error logging in the history log of the Import Header Scheduled Service to indicate the true error message encountered and not a more generic access violation error. [56561] 4. Fixed an error message that occurred after importing an auto-filing template, using the imported template to auto-file a multipage batch and then selecting the dropdown to select another template in the Auto-file Results screen. 5 5. When accessing a workflow task from ContentCenter and attaching a document to the task, fixed the task history record to reflect the correct time the document was attached to the task. [56863] 6. Fixed a race thread error when auto-filing multiple batches on a schedule with the same start time and auto-filing template. [57890] 7. Fixed a bug in the drop down selection options for Cabinet of the Export Document functionality to display Personal Cabinet for the personal cabinet selection option. [57543] 8. Improved the error messages displayed to be more descriptive when an error occurs. [57457] 9. Fixed the inverse color issue for TIFs with photometric tag for uncompressed images. [55361] 10. The Audit log will now display the batch from the deleted cabinet bin with the message Bin had been deleted [57868] FORMSCENTER 1. Fixed a bug that caused the printed background image to be distorted when Print Previewing the image first. [43858] 2. Fixed a bug that caused an unrequired field on the Patient Form with the Type dropdown field set to Commercial to display an error message (as if the field was a required field) and not save the record. [54361] 3. Fixed a bug that allowed a blank form record to be saved and created. [57452] 4. Fixed a bug that allowed a form record to be saved and created even if not all required fields have been filled out. [57434] 5. Fixed a bug that caused the ellipsis button to select other options on a Yes/No Checkbox field to disappear. [57849] COMMANDCENTER The following fixed features for CommandCenter are included in this release: 6. In a workflow view, changed the column name from Activities to Activity. [54797]

6 7. Fixed a bug that caused an error message to be generated when accessing the Manage Task Views window from the Administrative Tools CommandCenter Settings menu. [55362] 8. Grouped workflow views will now print task listings after an upgrade. [54123] 9. Fixed an error when copying a workflow definition along with activities, custom fields form and assignees. [55589] 10. A user who does not have access rights to a creation rule will not be able to add or change the rule in the scheduled services menus for Select a Save Method workflow settings. [55429] 11. Fixed an error that occurred when trying to view an attached document on a workflow task if the Medforce installation did not have a Full Text Search license included. [55366] 12. Fixed a bug that caused missing date fields from a child form on a workflow view s main task line. [55428] 13. Fixed issues related to grouping workflow views using fields with date values and including all the views tasks into each group. [55365] 14. Fixed a bug that would not export a grouped view with more than 128 tasks. It would only export the first 128 tasks. [55400] 15. Step 4 of 8 to setup the view criteria when creating or editing a workflow view will show all available selection options. [51607] 16. The list of assigned users in a task can now be sorted when clicking on the column heading. [55590] 17. Fixed a bug that caused the Views (Workflow View toolbar button) Expand button to not function. [55557] BUILD Fixed a bug that would not assign any user to a newly created task whose definition is set to Add Task Creator as Assignee. [55844] 19. Fixed an error that occurred when expanding a subgroup in grouped view. [55845] 20. Fixed a bug that caused a user s desired column header order to not be saved in a workflow view s attachment line i.e. ERN Claim or ERN Claim detail line level. [52308] 21. Fixed refreshing a grouped workflow view using the F5 button. [55938] 22. Fixed an issue that caused workflow alerts to go out even after the alert is deleted. [55936] 23. The Updated Date column can now be grouped in the Unfiltered system workflow view. [56099] 24. The Updated Date column can now be sorted in the Deleted Tasks system workflow view. [50803] 25. Fixed an error when accessing the Unfiltered system workflow view after a task creation in Firebird databases. [56291] [56331]

7 BUILD Fixed an issue with a Workflow View filter when the filter used a child form field which is a string field on the main task line of the grid.[56529] 27. Fixed Workflow views with child forms to display the correct child form record on the Child Forms tab in the correct order when expanded. [56615] BUILD Fixed an error encountered when sending s using the Default Mail Client. [56759] 29. Fixed an issue when zooming in on a document image that did not adjust the Received Stamp font causing the text to be cut off when viewing and printing the document. [57316] 30. Fixed a bug in a workflow view that when the Company ID field was selected the Company ID was displayed. After this fix, the Company Name will be displayed instead. [57410] 31. Fixed an error that occurred when moving a task s activity in a grouped view by created date and where a lookup link selector field is on the main task line. [57433] 32. Fixed a bug that caused a grouped view to not refresh when pressing the F5 button on the keyboard. [55938] 33. Fixed a bug that caused the F5 refresh view button on the keyboard not to work immediately after editing a task in Task Manager and clicking on the Save and Close button. [56823] 34. Fixed a SQL server error when a view is created that has workflow tasks with a Custom Fields form that has two different fields with link selectors that reference the same form. [57182] 35. Fixed a bug that caused data entered into the Custom Fields form without saving the task to disappear when switching tabs in Task Manager. [57514] 36. Fixed a bug that did not update the task count when grouping a workflow view by assignee. [56545] 37. Fixed a bug that caused branched tasks to 1.) lose assignee information, 2.) parent tasks being stuck in the begin branch activity, and 3.) child task s Completed status to be lost when refreshing the view. [57521] 38. Fixed a bug that did not allow a linked selector field to be displayed on the main task line of a workflow view when the source child form had multiple linked selector fields.[57226] BRIEF OF EACH SECTION: The release notes contained herein pertain to enhancements, fixes and revisions from the last general release.

New Features section lists functionality that did not exist in previous versions of the system but have since been developed and tested thoroughly for this release. Fixed Features section lists bugs that have been present in previous versions but have been resolved in this release. Revised Features section lists features that have been redesigned, developed and tested thoroughly for this release. Known Issues section lists bugs that have been discovered but have not been resolved in this release.
