1 Getting Started 1) Open Internet Explorer or Firefox browser and enter the provided web address 2) Enter your unique Username and Password 3) Click Connect Login Page

2 Available Games 1) Select a game with a green box 2) Then click Stage Selection Home Page

3 Task Box 1) After clicking Stage Selection, the Task Box will appear with the options of phases that are available to log for that game Selecting Task

4 Select Task 1) Select a Task for your assigned Phase by checking the appropriate box 2) Click Join Selecting Task & Available Clips

5 Available Clips After joining, the available clips for the selected task will load. Note: The 1 st clip will start playing immediately upon entering Task Mode. Task Mode

6 Pause Press the Space Bar on your keyboard or left click on the [Space] Pause button to Pause the video [Space] Pause [Space] Pause Pause

7 Play To start playing the clip again, press the Space Bar on your keyboard or left click on the [Space] Play button [Space] Play [Space] Play Play

8 Opening the Tag Menu Press Hot Key T 1 st time = Pause 2 nd time = Tag Menu or left click anywhere on the video Note: If the video is already Paused, pressing Hot Key T once will bring up the Tag Menu. T Tag Menu

9 Selecting an Event Press the corresponding Hot Key Number or Letter in the Tag Menu or left click on the row Tag Menu

10 Completing a Tag No More Tags will appear at the top of Tag Menu. Press Hot Key D or left click the Tag Done [D] button D Tag Menu

11 Right Side of Tag Menu If a tag menu shows options on the right side of the menu, multiple points of data can be inputted without having to insert a separate tag. Note: Hot Keys do not function with options on the right side of a tag menu. Multiple Tags

12 Task Mode The timeline at the bottom indicates whether you are in Task Mode or Expanded Mode: Phase 1: Task Mode & Expanded Mode Pitch Thrown is tagged in Task Mode All other Phase 1 events are tagged in Expanded Mode Phase 2: Task Mode only Phase 3: Task Mode only Task Mode Timeline Task Mode to Expanded Mode

13 Task Mode Phase 1: Pitch Thrown Left click on the pitcher s throwing hand at pitch release The main Tag Menu will appear Press Hot Key 1 or left click on [1] Pitch Thrown Task Mode Timeline Task Mode to Expanded Mode

14 Expanded Mode After selecting Pitch Thrown, the logger will go into Expanded Mode as indicated with the longer timeline below. Expanded Mode Timeline Task Mode to Expanded Mode

15 Expanded Mode Use the Tag Menu to tag everything that takes place during that pitch event. When done, select [J] Next Pitch Thrown at the release point of the next pitch to return to Task Mode and repeat the process for the next pitch you see. Expanded Mode Timeline Task Mode to Expanded Mode

16 Task Mode: Divided into 5 second clips Task Mode Timeline There are 10 tasks within one batch represented by 10 blue boxes on the timeline Each box represents one task Once a task is viewed, that box will turn green If there are no tangible items in a task, select [N] No OOIs (No Objects Of Interest) to move to the next task Expanded Mode Timeline When the 10 assigned tasks are completed, moving to the next task will provide a new set of 10 tasks Expanded Mode: Eliminates the task division and creates a free flowing video mode Task Mode to Expanded Mode

17 Time Left Indicator The Time Left indicator represents the time remaining to complete the batch of 10 tasks currently assigned. If you run out of time before completing the 10 tasks, you will be sent back to the Home Page and any uncompleted tasks will be reassigned. Time Left

18 Exit Mission Button The Exit Mission button will exit back to the Home Page. Exit Mission

19 No Tasks Found Box The No Tasks Found box indicates there are no more tasks for that particular phase or game that need to be tagged. Clicking OK will return to the Home Page No Tasks Found

Use the scroll bar on the Tag Menu to view other selections (typically needed for Player ID Tag Menus). Note The Tag Menu always starts with the number 1 and increases sequentially to 9 and then the number If a Tag Menu has more than ten choices, the number 0 will be followed by E and H and then every letter alphabetically except for Hot Keys with other functions. Hot Keys: Keyboard or Tag Menu

28 Completing a Tag D or Tag Done [D] button = Done with tags in current Tag Menu Press Hot Key D or left click the Tag Done [D] button Example When all tags are complete for the current event No More Tags will appear at the top of the Tag Menu. Pressing Hot Key D or left clicking the Tag Done [D] button will close the Tag Menu. D Hot Keys: Keyboard or Tag Menu

29 C = Complete (when more than one option can be selected in current Tag Menu) Multiple Selections If there are Check Boxes in the Tag Menu, loggers can select more than one tag in the menu. Example Batter Leg Kick allows multiple selections. After checking all that apply, press Hot Key C or left click the button on the bottom left of the Tag Menu. Press Hot Key C or left click the button on the bottom left of the Tag Menu Note Depending on the Tag Menu category, the [C] Hot Key indicator might not be visible on the button. C Hot Keys: Keyboard or Tag Menu

30 Undo Tags in Current Event (Bottom of Screen) Press Hot Key U or left click the [U] Undo button U or [U] Undo button = Undo all tags inserted for current event Note U Hot Key N or [N] No OOIs / [N] Next Task will skip ahead to the next task or leave expanded mode. The logger will no longer be able to Undo any tags in the current event. Hot Keys: Keyboard or On-Screen Button

31 Move to Next Task (Bottom of Screen) Press Hot Key N or left click the [N] No OOIs or [N] Next Task button N or [N] Next Task or [N] No OOIs button = Next Task No OOIs = No Objects Of Interest [N] No OOIs and [N] Next Task serve the same function of skipping ahead to the next task. The [N] No OOIs button appears when no tag has been inserted in the current task. N The [N] Next Task button appears once a tag is inserted, indicating there is an Object Of Interest. Hot Keys: Keyboard or On-Screen Button
