1 Installation Instructions Toyota Sienna WITH NO SPARE TIRE SBTO ALU Grille Guards Attention: 1. Please read the installation instructions prior to installing. When you do install it s always a good idea to protect your vehicle or your customers. Part list:

2 There are two models of Sienna. There are models with SPARE TIRES or models that DON T HAVE THEM. This instruction is for models that have NO SPARE TIRE. If you do have the spare tire please read the other booklet. Picture below shows you the brackets that you ll be using.

3 You want to install the running boards with a least a friend. You may also want to be organized and set all the nuts and bolts on a table in an order fashion. So brackets on all separated and screw bolts all separated and make a count and compare it to your parts list. Once everything is ready, now it s time to have fun. Step One: Working on the driver side, bring bracket 2 and install it to the frame of the car using Part # You can tighten these nice. Don t over tighten but just hand tight. See image below for reference.

4 Step Two: Take Bracket 3 and set a side Part # also you need to us bracket 4 and attach it to bracket 3 by using Now you need use one Flat Washer Part # 20 and place that above bracket 4 and attach it with two hex bolts part # 10 with part # The hex bolts will go in to the frame of the car.

5 Step Three: Take Bracket 3 and set a side part # Take part # 5 and bolt it up to the frame with part # 19 Then: Take part # 10 place it in the frame then bring up bracket number 3 up and attach it with part # Then take two part # 6 and slip it through part # 5 and bolt it down with part # 7 8 9

6 Step Four: Now came s the excitement of seeing how your running board will look. Take the running board and place it over the brackets. Now remove it and install part # 14 underneath the running board. There should be 6 part # 14 to install underneath, then bring the running board down and install on the brackets using part# You are now finished. Follow these same steps for the passenger side. If you don t have the spare tire, then skip to the next instruction. Picture below shows you the brackets that you ll be using. In the image below it shows you in bold don t use those brackets. (SO DON T USE THEM) Those brackets that say don t use are for models that have the spare tire. So leave those a side. If you try to install them you won t succeed because it hits the spare tire.
