3 Welcome The audio-visual system employs the use of a Crestron Touch Panel to control AV devices within the system. Operation of the system is simply done via touching the desired button on the screen. The Touch Panel The touch panel consists of buttons on the right side of the panel to navigate such actions as shutdown, blinds, Lighting and Volume. All other control is operated via touching the screen. Shut Down Environment Volume Up Volume Down Touch Control This Welcome page is the starting point for the system. You should see this page when you first approach the touch panel, otherwise touch anywhere on the screen to wake up the display. St. George KOGARAH AUDITORIUM Page 3 of 12

4 User Selection From the User Selection Page the user can select either of the following options: Guest Mode St. George Mode Environment Setting Advanced Setting Environment To SELECT USER MODE from the screen: Simply press GUEST button or ST.GEORGE button To SELECT ENVIROMENT from the screen: a) Press the ENVIROMENT buttons at the top right side of the panel. b) ENVIROMENT popup will appear on the touch panel. c) This button will appear on every page, see ENVIROMENT for detail setting. 5 Guest Mode Home Page From the Home Page of Guest mode, the user can select either of the following options: Select a Source to View on a Display Shut Down Adjust the Microphone Level AV Help To SELECT A SOURCE from the room: a) The user can choose to display content from the Lectern LHS input, Lectern RHS input, TV inputs, Camera inputs or the Blu-Ray inputs. b) If a laptop content is desired, ensure that the laptop is connected via the rooms supplied cables (HDMI/VGA). To SHUT DOWN the system: a) Press the POWER buttons at the top left side of the panel. b) A confirmation box will appear. Press the YES or NO button to shut down OR cancel the action. c) This button will appear on every page, see SHUT DOWN for detail setting. To ADJUST THE MIC LEVEL: a) Press the MICROPHONE buttons at the top right side of the panel. b) A confirmation box will appear. Microphone levels can be adjusted via the UP and DOWN buttons, and muted with the MUTE MIC button. St. George KOGARAH AUDITORIUM Page 5 of 12

6 To AV HELP: a) Press the QUESTION MARK buttons at the top left side of the panel. b) AV HELP popup will appear on the touch panel. c) Press Close to return to the previous page. St. George KOGARAH AUDITORIUM Page 6 of 12

7 Lectern (LHS) From the Touch Panel, the user is able to: Adjust the Volume Level To increase or decrease the volume level: a) Volume levels can be adjusted via the UP and DOWN buttons, and muted with the MUTE button. 8 To INCREASE or DECREASE the volume level: a) Volume levels can be adjusted via the UP and DOWN buttons, and muted with the MUTE button. To INCREASE or DECREASE the volume level: a) Volume levels can be adjusted via the UP and DOWN buttons, and muted with the MUTE button. Camera From the Touch Panel, the user is able to: Camera Control To CAMERA CONTROL: a) The user can choose to display camera content from Front LHS, Rear LHS, Front RHS or Rear RHS camera inputs. b) To control the camera, use the ARROW buttons to pan and the ZOOM buttons. 9 Blu-Ray From the Touch Panel, the user is able to: Blu-Ray Control Adjust the Volume Level To BLU-RAY CONTROL: a) The user can control the Blu-Ray player by press the relative function buttons. To INCREASE or DECREASE the volume level: a) Volume levels can be adjusted via the UP and DOWN buttons, and muted with the MUTE button. St. George KOGARAH AUDITORIUM Page 9 of 12

10 Environment From the Touch Panel, the user is able to: Increase or Decrease the Lighting or Advanced Stage Lighting Open or Close the Curtain To INCREASE or DECREASE the lighting level: a) Select the High, Medium, Low or OFF buttons to control the individual lighting zone. To OPEN or CLOSE the curtain: a) Select the Curtain Open or Curtain Close buttons to open or close the curtain. To INCREASE or DECREASE the Advanced Stage Lighting: a) Press the 1 or 2 button under Advanced Stage Lighting. b) A popup will appear on the screen. c) Press or hold the UP or DOWN buttons to raise or lower the blinds. d) Press CIRCLE button to set the light full on or off. 12 Shut Down From the Touch Panel, the user is able to: Shut Down the System To SHUT DOWN the system: a) Press the POWER button located on the bottom right of the panel b) A confirmation box will appear.
