6 2.2.2 Measure door thickness and size of mortise lock faceplate Note: [Door thickness] [Mortise lock length] [Mortise lock width] Customer who purchases this product in order to replace original door lock, MUST provide measurement of door thickness and size of mortise lock (lock body) to your local vendor, our local vendor will suggest you the most preferable mortise that accommodates your door installation. 2.3 Installation Procedure installation layout

7 2.3.2 installation step 1) Ensure full set of product components are included in the package, as well as the handing of handle and mortise lock are correctly matched with door direction. 2) Draw a central axis (for holes-drilling) on both side of the door, for which the height between axis and ground is one meter. Start drilling process using drilling template and procedures provided above.

8 3) Install mortise lock on the door (ensure other secure locks/hooks are installed depending on the type of door used) 4) Install cylinder onto outer body and secure it with screws 5) Attach handle spindle on mortise lock (take notice of installation direction); install the guideposts on outer body, insert the power wire of outer body through the top hole of door, and correctly install the handle and rest of the outer body parts to the corresponding holes 6) Assemble the mounting plate and gasket together, securely tighten the mounting plate and outer body together on the door 7) Connect power wires of inner body, outer body and mortise lock together; install handle spindle correctly with handle, as well as with other stud, to the corresponding holes; then tighten it up with 4 screws 8) Insert 4 AA dry cells on battery compartment, using screws to close the battery cover 9) Installation is now Qinished. Carefully test all function and operation using Qingerprint, IC card, PIN and mechanical key. 2.4 Instruction Initialization:Verify purchased product install correctly change administration PIN register Qingerprint and PIN able to access To lock: From Outside:1 Close the door lift the outer handle door has been locked; From Inside:1 Close the door lift the inner handle door has been locked;2 turn the deadbolt knob door has been double-locked; To unlock: From Outside:1 Enter PIN/scan Qingerprint complete veriqication turn handle and open door has been unlocked; 2 Open cylinder cover manually unlock using keys. From Inside:1 turn handle and open the door door has been unlocked; 2 turn the deadbolt knob to unlock door has been unlocked;

9 Section Three Operation Instruction Guide 3.1 Admin-user Fingerprint Setup (New user) Voice Navigation will notify on registration success/failure Initialized Setting When the product is Qirst received from the factory provider, there is no Qingerprint, PIN, IC card record/history on the system; the initialized admin PIN is Navigation Language: Chinese, English Printed Language: SimpliQied Chinese, English Factory Data Reset Setting Press SET button from inner body for 5 seconds, release it and a voice navigation of Dee will be heard. The Factory Reset menu will be displayed, press # to conqirm. Once 初始化成功 is shown, then factory reset is successfully completed. Setting menu will be shown once veriqication has been completed. The screen will then display main menu with voice navigation, choose corresponding menu numbers for the following menu feature. (Adminuser key can be PIN, Qingerprint or IC card) Unlocking 1) Fingerprint a. scan the registered Qingerprint on the scanner, the door will be unlocked once it has been veriqied.

10 b. if veriqication has failed, the display screen will show operation failed as well as with voice navigation. 2) User PIN a. unlock by entering the 6 digits PIN, press # to conqirm b. the system has anti-spy feature, user can enter the correct 6 digits PIN in consecutive order within 32 digits, then press # to conqirm c. if veriqication has failed, the display screen will show operation failed as well as with voice navigation. If wrong PIN has been entered for 3 times, keypad will be locked; if this happened, the only way to resolve it is to use to correct Qingerprint or IC card to unlock. Onetime PIN is to be used once; once is has successfully unlocked the door, it will be automatically deleted. d. the numbers of wrong PIN entered will be clear to zero after 3 minutes. 3) IC Card Unlock by placing the registered IC card within 2 cm distance from the keypad. 4) Mechanical Key Take off cylinder cover and insert the override key for emergency backup. 5) Multi-level Unlock a. choose any combination of unlocking mode to unlock (e.g. Fingerprint+PIN, PIN+PIN ) b. once it has been veriqied, it will show the combination code Note: unlock the door by motor, Qive minutes later, the motor will lock the door automatically.if you don t want to waiting for Qive minutes, please press * to stop locking the door automatically User Setting User can press * to reverse back to previous menu. It can save up to 10 admin-user key (ie. PIN, Qingerprint, IC card) 1) Change Initialized admin-user PIN

11 the initialized admin-user PIN (ie ) of user No.00 will only be kept after factory resetting. Once a new admin-user PIN has been registered, the system will automatically replace and delete the initialized admin-user PIN. 2) Adding Admin-user PIN Verify admin-user -Add user Add administration User a. Please enter again enter again the same PIN, press # to conqirm c. if both PIN are correctly matched, it will be notiqied with operation success d. otherwise, it will be notiqied with operation failed e. check PIN information, if it is not existing user, it will be notiqied with operation success ; otherwise, repeated code 3) Adding IC card Verify admin-user -Add user Add admin-user a. Please enter the administer information place MF card close to card reader a. check card information, if it is not existing user, it will be notiqied with operation success ; b. otherwise, it will be notiqied with repeating card Note: if adding timeframe card, it must Qirst set up available timeframe, then available dooropening timeframe, and lastly register the card. Card will be expired and deleted after the speciqic set-up time period. 4) Adding Uingerprint Verify admin-user -Add user Add admin-user a. Please enter the administer information. b. continuously scan Qingerprint for 2 times. c. If both Qingerprints are matched, it will be notiqied with operation success. d. If the Qingerprint is already existed, system will notify with repeating Qingerprint after Qirst round of scanning process. Note: Note: if adding timeframe Qingerprint, it must Qirst set up available timeframe, then available door-opening timeframe, and lastly register the Qingerprint. Fingerprint will be expired and deleted after the speciqic set-up time period. 5) Deleting user Verify admin-user -Delete user Delete User No. a. Enter user code/user number

Note:The Qirst step is change the default setting Chinese into English and then you can follow the OLED manual or the user guide. 2)Voice Navigation Verify administer--- System management System setting -Voice setting User can choose between voice navigation mode or silent mode. 3) Date & Time Verify administer--- System management System setting Time setting Year-Month-Date and time setting, press # to move to next space. 4) multi-level unlock setting Verify administer--- System management System setting Unlock model setting combination setting Double model means user must complete 2 veriqication to unlock (e.g. Qingerprint+PIN or PIN+PIN ) Single model means user can only complete 1 veriqication to unlock

13 5) Passage model setting Verify administer--- System management System setting Unlock model setting passage model once passage model has been set up, the lock will be in unlocked mode, user can open the door freely without any veriqication. 6)Operation record Verify administer--- System management information checking operation record checking operation record can be reviewed according to: order, time or code number. Move upwards to review by pressing key 3 or downwards by key Other Special Function 1) Double-locking lift the handle upwards after the door is being shut, lock buttons will be used to double lock the door 2) Deadbolt setting turn/twist the deadbolt knob 3)low voltage warning low voltage warning for AA alkaline batteries is (4.80.2V). There will be a warning every time when the lock is awakened; there will be also a low voltage notice if emergency power supply is not enough to support operation. 4)Malicious cracking passwords warning keypad will be locked if wrong PIN has been entered for 3 times. During this time, voice navigation will notify user that keypad has been locked when pressing any key buttons. Only a correct veriqication from users can be release the locked mode.

14 5)Emergency power supply if the power completely ran out and cannot enter inside, users can use a portable charge and micro usb to provide emergency power supply 6)Voice navigation setting sound setting button is located at the inner body, user can switch on/off. There will be a voice navigation icon on the top left corner of the screen.
