3 Registration for Cardholder verification on ACS Nowadays, the number of online transaction is increasing; therefore, a secure protocol is developed to provide an additional layer of security for online card not present transactions. KTB in conjunction with Visa has been developed Verified by Visa System in order to verify the identity of the cardholder. Will allow a business to pay for the goods or services on the Internet by KTB Visa Debit card. The card holder must sign for the bank by two phases. Step 1 Register : Register Mobile Phone for receive OTP of Verified by Visa Cardholder can register by channels as below.- (Please see : Verified by Visa Register Manual) 1. KTB Branch 2. KTB Tele Bank KTB Netbank 4. KTB ATM OTP (One Time Password) is a password once in Verified by Visa service to various transactions in order to confirm the identity of the cardholder. OTP will be sent as SMS to the mobile phone number registered. Each time of transactions (OTP will be valid for only five minutes after being created) as follows. - The payment of goods / services on the Internet. - Login to the system to make changes with Verified by Visa Service. Step 2 Activation : Cardholder must be Activate Verified by Visa Service in 90 days after Registration date by 2 channels as below Direct Activation as KTB Website Activation During Shopping Page 3 of 46

4 1. Direct Activation Cardholder can Activate online by going the website then click เป ดใช บร การ/ Activate Service button (as shown in the picture below) Page 4 of 46

5 The system will let cardholder input 16 digits card number and type in the text shown in captcha. Then click ข นตอนต อไป/Next Step button to proceed (as shown below) Page 5 of 46

6 System will display mobile number which cardholder has registered at KTB branch by displaying only the last 4 digits of the mobile number. Then click ขอรห สOTP / Request OTP button and system will send OTP to cardholder s mobile number. Remarks - When click on What is OTP?, it will show the following message; OTP is a password that is valid for only one login session or transaction. 9 Remarks Next, create Personal Assurance Message (PAM) PAM (Personal Assurance Message) is a short phrase or quote you create that will appear during the online checkout process at participating online retailers. When you see your PAM, you can be sure you are shopping with a participating Verified by Visa retailer and then enter your online password with confidence. PAM can be created with alphanumeric 1-40 English characters. Then enter your address and click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button to proceed. Page 9 of 46

13 2. Changing personal information for OTP 2.1 Login to the system with OTP Cardholder can edit personal information by going to a website and click on เข าส ระบบ/Log in button Page 13 of 46

16 After receiving SMS OTP, enter OTP into SMS-OTP text box. When click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button, main page will be displayed. 18 2.2 Change mobile phone number for OTP Changing mobile phone number for receive OTP. Input the cardholder s Citizen ID or Passport number and New Mobile Phone Number for receive OTP, Click Next Step Page 18 of 46

22 2.3 Change Password Type This option is to change current password type from One-Time Password (OTP) to static Password or vice versa. For example, in order to change password type from OTP to static password, login to the system and click เปล ยนแปลงประเภทรห สผ าน / Change Password Type. Then click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button. 23 Enter new password and re-enter password (Only for the first time that cardholder change password type). Password must consist of alphanumeric between 8-10 characters. Click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button. again. Click ป ด/Close button to close this window. To edit other personal information, please login to the system Page 23 of 46

24 Remarks - After password type is changed from OTP to static password, when login to the system again the system will allow card holder to enter static password instead of OTP (as shown in the picture below) - After password type is changed from static password to OTP, system will send SMS OTP to current mobile number registered in the system. 25 2.4 Change Personal Information Personal Assurance message will display during verification process when card holder make a transaction online. Remarks PAM (Personal Assurance Message) is a short phrase or quote you create that will appear during the online checkout process at participating online retailers. When you see your PAM, you can be sure you are shopping with a participating Verified by Visa retailer and then enter your online password with confidence. PAM consists of alphanumeric 1-40 English characters. Card holder can change Personal Assurance Message (PAM) and address by login to the system and select เปล ยนแปลงข อม ลส วนต ว / Change Personal Information. System will display current PAM and provide text box to change PAM and address. After enter new PAM and address, click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button to save all changes. Page 25 of 46

27 2.5 Deactivate Service If card holder no longer wants to user debit card for online transaction, he/she can deactivate the service by login to the system and clicking ยกเล กการใช บร การ / Deactivate Service Tick off at the check box in front of the sentence ข าพเจ าย นย นท จะยกเล กการใช บร การเวอร ฟายบายว ซ า / I confirm to deactivate the Verified by Visa Service and click ย นย น / Confirm button to confirm service deactivation. 28 3. Changing personal information for static password 3.1 System Login with static password Card holder can change personal information by visiting and click เข าส ระบบ/Login Page 28 of 46

30 Enter password then click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button, main page will be displayed. 31 3.2 Change Password. After selecting this option, enter new password and re-enter password into the text box. Password must consist of alphanumeric between 8-10 characters. Click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button. After finish changing password, click ป ด/Close button to close this window. To edit other personal information, please login to the system again. Page 31 of 46

34 3.4 Forgot password In case that a card holder use static password and forgot password, a card holder can change password by logging into the system. Then at a page to enter password, click ล มรห สผ าน / Forgot Password The system will verify card holder with following questions; Card Expiry Date (MM/YYYY) 1. ID Card number or Passport number 2. Primary Account Number 3. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) Then click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step button to proceed Page 34 of 46

38 4. Paying Goods/Services online After checking out for goods and services payment, merchant payment page will redirect you to KTB ACS. Page 38 of 46

39 4.1 Activation During Shopping If a card holder has not yet enrolled but use the card to pay for goods/services online, system will verify the service activation with Personal Assurance Message (PAM) Remarks PAM (Personal Assurance Message) is a short phrase or quote you create that will appear during the online checkout process at participating online retailers. When you see your PAM, you can be sure you are shopping with a participating Verified by Visa retailer and then enter your online password with confidence. 40 Sample of SMS-OTP on mobile phone After enter SMS-OTP, please tick off at the check box to accept terms and conditions of this system. When the check box is ticked, ลงทะเบ ยน / Activate now button will be enabled. Click ลงทะเบ ยน / Activate now to activate service. The System will send information back to merchant page for authorization process. The above scenario will happen for first time registration. After a card is registered, the next purchase, the system will redirect a card holder to verification process. Page 40 of 46

41 4.2 VbV with One-Time Password If a cardholder choose OTP, the system will display PAM and last 4 digits of registered mobile phone number. If it is not PAM or last 4 digits of registered mobile phone number, please click ยกเล ก/Cancel to cancel that transaction. If PAM and last 4 digits of registered mobile phone to number displayed on this page re correct, click ขอ รห ส OTP / Request OTP. Then enter SMS-OTP in textbox. Page 41 of 46

43 4.3 Change mobile phone number for OTP Changing mobile phone number for receive OTP, Cardholder will need to Deactivate Service then could Register again with new mobile phone number. Page 43 of 46

44 4.4 VbV with static password In case the card holder chooses password type as static password, when doing online transaction and verification process, system will display PAM. If not correct, please click ยกเล ก/Cancel to cancel that transaction If PAM on the screen is correctly displayed, please enter static password into the textbox. After enter static password, Click ข นตอนต อไป / Next Step to complete verification process during shopping. The System will send information back to merchant page for authorization process. 45 4.5 Change static password If forget password, click ล มรห สผ าน? / Forgot password?. The system will verify card holder with following questions; 1. Card Expiry Date (MM/YYYY) 2. ID Card number or Passport number 3. Primary Account Number 4. Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) After fill in completely, tick off the check box to accept Terms and Conditions.
