13 Biometric Device Profile 1. Add a Biometric Device Profile The Biometric Device Profile will define common settings and parameters for one or more biometric devices. This profile can be applied when adding units into the system from the Biometric Device section of Administration. *Biometric Default Profile- this profile is set at random Wiegand 64 bit. Recommend to set the Wiegand Value to your Access Control requirements

15 Biometric Device Profile Set your Wiegand value Set up your Wiegand profile * Biometric Default Profile- this profile is set at random Wiegand 64 bit. Match the Wiegand format to your User Policy Wiegand for easy set up.

16 Biometric Device Profile Set you Multi-Factor Mode In this example using Biometric only Biometric only means only your finger is used for verification Different factors depend on type of product

17 Biometric Device Profile Set your Access Control Mode Use Intergrated if using Wiegand Integrated will send Wiegand to Access Control Panel Stand Alone is to be used for the internal relay of device.

20 Create a User Policy 3. User Policy A User Policy dictates how the user or users will verify at the unit. Select the Wiegand Profile you wish to use for users in this User Policy

23 Enrollment Enrollment is quite easy; however, you would need to purchase a MSO 300 or MSO 1300 or a MSO VP to capture fingerprint data.

25 Enrollment continues In Wiegand Values put in your User ID The User ID is a value associated with the User during enrollment for each user. This Value is sent back to your ACP after verification takes place.

26 Enrollment continues Capture your fingerprints You need to capture the same finger 4 times Sigma, and Sigma Lite devices require a minimum of two enrolled fingers

27 MSO Option If you do not have a MSO you can use one of the Sigma or Sigma Lite readers Select the Enrollment Devices you wish to utilize in MorphoManager during User enrollment. You can specify any MorphoSmart device for finger enrollment, or alternatively select a specific device (if more than one is attached to this PC) or use a selected MorphoAccess Sigma device for enrollment.
