16 Switching - Conclusions General case: The problem was identified in May and based on the inputs of the UG, ELIA propose an adaptation of the contract. New ARP not yet with ARP statute Can be solved by requiring that the switch to a new ARP could only be done if the new ARP is contractually and administratively in order 16
