Recommendations: For review and approval. This document is intended to summarize those proceedings. OPENING PLENARY. CALL TO ORDER AND OPENING REMARKS: The meeting was called to order on September 00 at :0 PM local time by TSG-S Chair, Nick Yamasaki (KDDI). The Chair welcomed the participants to Xi an. The meeting participants were requested to sign-in electronically using the server sign-in facility.. Generated correspondence over the signature of the GPP SC Chair in part to request a presentation from NENA at the next meeting on Monday, 0 October 00 from :00 PM to :00 PM.
