5 AMENDMENTS TO ICT TENDER DOCUMENT SECTION AND CLAUSE PAGE No. EXISTING PROVISIONS AMENDMENT Section-II A Clause Following Conditions are Added: The bidder should have a consortium with a reputed Hardware manufacturer having a turnover of Rs Crores for the last 3 years and with a UPS manufacturer which is a ISO 9001/2000 and Certified company with a turnover of Rs Crores. Section-II A Clause 1.5 Section-II A Clause 9 5 Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable DELETED Following Conditions are Added: 9.2(v) Prices Should also be quoted as per Price Schedule section X/2 B, which includes cost of Hardware /AMC/ Provision of Computer Education services Section-III Clause 14.8 (iv) 26 The Pruchaser reserves the right to terminate maintenance and repairs contract, after warranty period, at any time without assigning any reasons and the supplier cannot claim any compensation in this respect.
