As part of the project, it is planned to establish Computer Lab at the schools. Quotation is invited from the authorized dealers / vendors. Following are the basic features / specifications of the products we are expecting and after sales services that are required to provide. However, the dealer can suggest / offer the product and services beyond basic (mandatory) expectation. Details of the products to be purchased is as under. Installation Service (Optional) A vendor who should be able to provide the complete support to establish the computer lab at the schools. Each location will have approximately 15 to 20 thin PC with Monitor. No LAN connection required. Electrification (Electric Sockets for each computer system unit) and Earthing (Grounding) works needs to be taken care. Each laboratory room size would be around 20 feet X 40 feet (approximately 800 sq ft). A quotation per laboratory for this service needs to be quoted by the vendor. However, final PO for this service will be issued after site verification. Period of Work and time line: Product should be delivered to the specified locations on or before 20 th August 2018 Installation should be completed and lab should be made ready to use by 15 th Sep Page 4 of 7

5 Should produce letter from the manufacturer or brand dealer confirming 03 years onsite warranty for all the products mentioned above The vendor / supplier may be levied with a penalty of Rs 1000/- day if the completion of work is delayed without any genuine reason that satisfies GRAAM Other Services expected 1. Installation of required application software (e.g.: WPS Office, Ubuntu, Open Source Educational Software suggested by GRAAM as well as the vendor) 2. Minimum three years onsite service by the manufacturer and the vendor should facilitate the service taking the full responsibility 3. Orientation to the designated GRAAM personnel about basic maintenance of lab and trouble shooting 4. Preference will be provided to the vendor who would agree to provide comprehensive lab setting up services 5. Preference will be given to the vendor having prior experience of supplying above said materials for the schools especially in the rural areas of Karnataka 6. A vendor is required to enclose a note explaining their competence to provide the said services, their client list and their ability to provide services in the rural areas of Karnataka Location / Installation Site: Products should be delivered to the project location provided by the GRAAM along with the purchase order. The location will be in the radius of 20 kilometers from Mysore, Hassan and Chikkaballapur districts. Payment Terms: 1. Initial 50% of the payment shall be made within 07 days of delivery of the products to the given locations 2. 25% of the payment will be released within 10 days of completion of the installation upon submitting installation completion report by the vendor along with the invoice, warranty card, company service station contacts details 3. Balance 25% of the payment shall be made after 15 days and within 30 days from the date of first payment on receipt of invoice by the vendor 4.
