It would ensure the delivery schedule for students on time before the new academic year. (1) If customer s ordered computer is available for delivery, his / her purchase order cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded in any case. (2) If customer s ordered computer cannot be fulfilled after the new product launch, Senco-Masslink will arrange its replacement new model and notify the customer accordingly. Customer is required to pay for the price difference if the price of its replacement model increases or Senco-Masslink will refund the price difference if its price reduces.
