Never before could you personalise your access more easily and thoroughly. With eaccess you create precise access entitlements on your PC for every employee, guest, visitor or occupant instantly. From a single PC you can program and control all identification devices and resources of the system. Definitions can be established instantly showing who may enter, when and where. Seconds later, the hotel room door recognises the guest, while the ereader Finger in front of the server room detects the programmer and the office door the correct employee. You can program access entitlements for a limited period of time with equal ease, e.g. to meeting rooms. Every risk prevented. eaccess is designed specifically to meet your own security needs. Every door and every access in your building has an individual risk profile. High security zones are fitted with an eprotection unit. Doors with a low risk are equipped with the E-Organisation plate sets. You choose the appropriate media of identification for the particular risk: the biometric ereader Finger tops the range. The media of identification can even be combined for maximum security. The eaccess identification devices record each action the stored data enables you to reconstruct specific events.

14 Programming made easy. A PC, a card set and a NET wireless stick that is all you need to programme eaccess throughout the building. Glutz eaccess software recognises all eaccess components immediately. You allocate the desired characteristics at a few clicks of the mouse. Plug & Play is the finest solution making system administration fun. NET wireless stick access to the keyless system. Complex cable installations are a thing of the past; the future communicates via radio in real time. Just insert the NET stick in a USB port of your PC. Glutz eaccess software determines all the eaccess components within the wireless range. Now programme the individual identification devices the user-friendly interface of the eaccess software makes this child s play. Your entries are sent by the NET wireless stick to the identification devices. If the range exceeds 30m NET repeaters are used. Card programming is sufficient for simpler installations. Networking over long distances. With the extended PC programming you can join up branch establishment to form an efficient overall system. The data is sent via LAN/WLAN (TCP/ IP) to NET gateways in your subsidiaries. The NET gateways transmit the signals by radio to the local eaccess components. To programme components in your branch establishments at other sites, the system makes contact with the local NET gateways via LAN/WLAN (TCP/IP). The NET gateways receive information from the central station and pass it on by radio to the local identification devices. The simplest and most secure media of communication in safe application areas between the outer reader and the protected zone is effected via the I/O module. Battery operation: Easy retrofitting. Most identification devices are powered by batteries. Advantage: the wireless installation makes retrofitting on the occasion of conversion work and restructuring child s play. Bi-directional data compensation: Knowing what goes on Faults in your wireless network? No problem. The identification devices work reliably even in the event of a failure as the latest authorisations are stored on each individual device. This is made possible by bi-directional data matching. The identification devices do not just read the data received by wireless they also write that data simultaneously into their memories. Synchronisation of the data takes place between the PC and the ecomponents within the wireless range. Events are also stored on all the identification devices (3,000 log files each) which are played back on to the PC. Each event at each door can be fully documented on request. RFID Radio Frequency Identification automatically effects identification using electro-magnetic waves. eaccess employs the MHz Mifare Standard (Mifare Classic, Mifare Plus, Mifare DESFire). 3DES encryption guarantees maximum security. Code / TimeCode All RFID/Code ereaders have a code keyboard in addition to RFID. The codes are sent by radio to the ereaders. TimeCode is a technique which automatically generates codes for a time-limited duration without the need for any link between the output point and the identification device. Radio The eaccess wireless components communicate on frequency 868 MHz (industry standard). Encrypted data transmission ensures top security. Despite wireless communication, eaccess components feature very low energy consumption. Finger biometrics The system is based on large, robust sensors with 500 dpi resolution and modern, precise fingerprint algorithms. The initial acquisition of several fingerprints and built-in quality control achieve highly reliable recognition.
