3 To begin working within the configuration module of the clinical dashboard you must first navigate to the administration area. To access the Administration tab, click the "Show/Hide Modules Panel" button to display the left pane menu. Copyright 2012 Pulse Systems, Inc. Page 3 of 52

21 The Auto Scroll Buffer is for convenience in viewing the schedule and sets the first time slot that will display at the top of the schedule display based on the actual system time. Example: If this is set at 1 hour and you come back from lunch at 1:00pm and open the schedule, the schedule display will start at 12:00pm as the first slot in the schedule and display the remaining afternoon. You can then scroll up or down in the schedule as normal. Click on the up or down arrows to change the number of hours to be displayed. Copyright 2012 Pulse Systems, Inc. Page 21 of 52

24 The next three items will determine where this list can be accessed. The User Appointment List will display on the User Dashboard. 37 Create a Master Appointment list with the desired columns and settings. Use this Master list to create a separate list for a specific provider or providers and use the Copy function to assign the list to the desired users. Click anywhere to continue... 38 Finally, now that we have a list configured with the correct columns, we can use this list as a master list for configuring new lists for specific providers.
