3 Owners have access to financials reports, building specific updates, and other information here. Please follow the directions below starting on page 8 to create a username and password. Application forms, regulations and information frequently requested by prospective buyers and realtors are available here. News items will be updated regularly. Check Alerts for issues affecting your use of the property. The COA section contains general information about our community and is accessible by anyone who visits the site. Click the date to see all the items on a particular day. Click ENLARGE below the calendar to see the calendar in full screen.

5 Click the arrow to the right of the month to select a future or past month. View calendar by week, month or in agenda style. The calendar contains key social and operational dates. 6 Main menu is always accessible at the top of the screen to allow for navigation from anywhere on the website. In the enlarged calendar view, click the HERE link to request a posting to the calendar. Bulletin board items will automatically be added to the calendar. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 6

7 Follow the CLICK HERE link to send a post to the bulletin board. Date-specific bulletin board items will also be added to the calendar. Bulletin board entries will display on this page and will be deleted when they expire or upon the request of the owner. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 7

8 To create your account and log in There are two paths to the registration form to create a new user account: Option One: Click the Register Here under Owner indicated below Create Account Option #1: Access to the registration form with one click. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 8

Create Account Option Two: Click Owners in the Main Menu and then Create Your Account on the login screen Create Account Option #2: Step 1: Click OWNERS Create Account Option #2: Step 2: Click Create

Enter a username, your address, name, building, unit, telephone numbers and parking space ID. See the form on the next page. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 9

10 Step 3: Fill in the form. You will need your parking space ID. A temporary password will be sent to this address. Click Register to submit the form. Wait for a follow up message from the administrator before logging in for the first time. Click My Account then Edit Account to change your password after logging in for the first time. 14 While in the Owners area use the Go Back link in blue on the right hand side to return to the Dashboard. Click Owners to navigate between the public and private areas of the website. Please Logout here before leaving the website. The Bluffs Ocean South website Page 14
