13 Almost one year Live! Jan The most important success factor is a well-functioning, flexible, customer-friendly SRS back office team. Still a lot of missionary work to do what s in it for me Personal contact is essential labor-intensive SRS-website as One-Stop-Shop is frequently consulted and highly appreciated. Over 100 registered research projects, 528 SRCD users (25% guest) and ca. 800Gb data Users enthusiastic Less Shadow IT SRCD is positioned as a research-working-data-only -environment. Some researchers also utilise SRCD as a collaborative working environment for other types of content Further development is, of course, necessary: Workshops SRCD best practices by users for users, grant management, research output and measuring research impact etc. With Open Science as underlying principle!
