1 Print Options Print Options The Print option provides the functionality to preview, print, save, and Quotes and Orders. Dealer logos and formatting are applied in various report templates to provide professional-looking documents for Customers. Locate Print Options There are three areas that offer Print options for Quote and Order documents: Print is a selection on Quote and Order Search Pages and the Print button is available on the Quote page. This section illustrates where to find the Print option and the various report options available on the Print screen. The Print option is found on Quote and Order Search pages. Locate the Quote or Order and click on the Action icon to open the option menu. Select Print to open the Print screen. There is a Print button located along the top row of the Header buttons on the Quote page. Click the Print button to open the Print screen. 1

2 Print Options Quick Steps to Print Quick Steps to Print 1. Open the Print window from the Print button on the Quote page or from the Action icon >Print option on the Quote or Order Search page. 2. Select a Report Type from the drop-down list under Document Information. //The example illustrates a Milgard Order Form for selection.// 3. Update the Proposal Options (address/location information), if applicable. 4. Deselect Line Detail Options to omit the information from the Report. 5. Add or update Additional Comments, if applicable. 6. Select the Finish button to open the Print output popup window (below) for the Report. 2

Select the Finish button to finalize the Report and open the Print output popup window. 3. Select Preview or Print from the Print output popup window to view the Report with options to Print or Save. CTB Quote Plus is a web-based application. Browser settings may offer different behavior(s) for handling PDF Reports. Both the Preview and Print buttons generally open Reports in a new window or tab to provide Print and Save options. Final output options will vary according to printer and browser settings on the computer. 4 Print Options Steps to a Report Steps to a Report 1. Select a Report Type on the Print window and update Print Proposal Options, as applicable. 2. Select the Finish button to finalize the Report and open the Print output popup window. 3. Select the button. 4. Update the fields, as applicable. // defaults are derived from Account Information.// 5. Click the Send button when finished. The Report is attached by default in PDF format. A popup window appears to indicate that the was successfully sent. 4

5 Print Options Document Information Print Sections In Detail The Report Type determines the Print sections and fields that are available on the Print screen. This section identifies the primary Print options that may be visible for the various Report Types. The Proposal Print Options tab initially displays the following information: The Quote or Order Number The Quote or Order Name The Document Information section displays a drop-down list of Report Types. //Additional fields appear after Report Type selection is made.// The first time Print is selected for a Quote or Order, the Print screen appears as depicted above, with no Report Type selected and the Continue button displayed. The browser stores the Report Type from previous sessions for the same Quote or Order (illustrated below), with the Finish button displayed. 6 Print Options Loan Calculator Loan Calculator The Loan Calculator is a tool available for Detailed Quote and Short Quote Report Types The Loan Calculator calculates financing estimates for the Quote or Order total Select Run Loan Calculator to run the tool (loan estimates do not appear in Report output) Deselect the Run Loan Calculator to hide estimated loan fields The first time that Run Loan Calculator is run, the loan fields appear in a popup window. Enter loan details (e.g., Interest Rate and Months) then click the Continue button. If the Run Loan Calculator is selected again for the same Quote or Order, the fields appear as options within the same screen (illustrated in the screenshot above). When loan terms are updated, click the Continue button to recalculate the Monthly Payment field. 6

7 Print Options Proposal Options Section Proposal Options Section Offers addresses or Locations to display on the report Options include Bill To / My Company Profile and Ship To / My Location Some report types display an option to show or hide address information Line Detail Options All Line Detail Options are selected by default Select or deselect detail options to show on the Report Additional Information /Disclaimers / Comments Additional Comments provide an optional text field to display to the Customer (e.g., extended warranties or Quote expiration). Auto-filled Additional Comments can be edited or removed, as applicable. Additional Comment defaults are derived from the Default Terms tab on the Customers or Account Information pages. 7
