Purpose of the document The purpose of this document is to sta and inform that the deliverable D9.3.1 Websi has been cread and is running as of July Introduction This deliverable acts as a confirmation for the Smarr Together websi D9.3.1 Websi implementation at its sta of development in month 6 (July 2016). At this stage, the websi comprises all project relevant information as described and documend below, and some of its basic functionalities and properties which will be updad and added on regularly in the next irations of the websi. The websi was successfully implemend, controlled and reviewed with respect to our inrnal rules described in the Project Quality Plan (deliverable ). The platform is managed by the leader of the WP9 and a Communication Manager on behalf of the Project Coordinator. In the following chaprs, we provide an overview of the websi structure and of the connt of the websi. 3. General information about the websi The first version of the websi was developed based on the Bootstrap framework. To be able to edit connt easily it is connecd with a static si generator called Jekyll With the next iration of the websi, we will define which Connt Management Sysm (CMS) best fits the needs of the Smarr Together websi. The main URL is An alrnative URL has also been purchased and will be optimised to redirect to the main URL. Additionally, the cities of Vienna, Munich and Lyon have purchased which will also be linked to the main websi. SMARTER TOGETHER Websi Deliverable n version

6 4. Backoffice At the beginning of every websi design, we start with defining the elements of the backoffice. A very ingral part of the back office are: - CONTENT TYPES - USERS - PERMISSION TO ADD, EDIT or DELETE CONTENT Below, we outline a matrix explaining the relations between connt, users and permissions. General user the viewer has clearly access to all public parts of the SMARTER TOGETHER websi. As we will develop the websi further and link to more and more connt from our lighthouse, follower and other cities and smart cities initiatives, we will add connt types and provide users with permissions to add/edit or dele connt according to their role and needs.
