3 Settings The first time you log in, navigate to the left side of your screen and select the last option Settings. Authenticate your accounts first. Click Settings > Connect Accounts > click ADD as it relates to the the social channels you are wanting to connect. 3
4 Creating a New Post 1. To create a post from scratch, click the red compose icon on the bottom, right corner of your screen. Figure 1 Figure 1 2. Choose which accounts to post to. Click the plus sign on the left to add profiles. Click the X next to your profile to remove it. Figure 2 Figure 2 4

6 Creating a New Post (Continued) 3. Type your post in the Compose your post box. Figure 6 Click the photo icon to add an image saved on your computer. Figure 7 Click the link icon to shorten the link of an article you d like to share. Figure 8 Click the clipboard icon if you need help/ideas on interesting content to post. Filter through the content categories to find an article to republish. Figure 9 4. a username, select Twitter and followed by the complete username you want to mention. 7 Creating a New Post (Continued) 5. On the right, a preview box will show you how your post will appear on each platform as you are composing your post. Figure You have two options in which to publish your content. OPTION 1: Click POST NOW to post your content to the social channels you ve selected in real time. Figure 12 OPTION 2: Click SCHEDULE POST to open a calendar which allows you to select the day, and time in which you d like to publish your post. Figure 13 Select the day of your choice. Then click Next. Figure 14 Select the time of your choice by first clicking on the hour to choose the hour then click the right side of the colon to select the minute. Last, select AM or PM. To proceed to publishing, click OK. Figure 15 OPTION 3: Click SAVE AS DRAFT to compose a post and save the publishing part for later. 7. Click POST NOW or SCHEDULE POST to publish your post. 8 My Posts RECENT POSTS Serves as an archive of your recently published items including post published directly from the social site. SCHEDULED POSTS Houses any posts that have been scheduled but have yet to be published. Once published, they will reside in the Recent Posts section. Here, you can delete or edit your post accordingly. CALENDAR Provides a convenient view of all of your posts. The colors associated with each scheduled post represent their respective social profiles: Light blue: Twitter posts Medium blue: LinkedIn posts Dark blue: Facebook posts Red: Google+ posts 8
9 My Posts (Continued) DRAFTS a sub-section that allows you to compose a post and save it for later in case you or a team member would like to review, approve, collaborate and publish later. Select EDIT to open your draft. 9
10 Customer Posts Here, you can view activity on your social accounts and respond easily within one place. You can filter your social media accounts on the right to see what people are saying on those particular networks and engage with them here. You can also filter your posts by action: Awaiting Response, Responded To, and Dismissed. 10
11 Leads Here, you can monitor Twitter posts to discover opportunities to engage and uncover buying signals prospects are sharing via their tweets. Simply enter a phrase that prospects would use to express their interest. To create a new lead search, go to Settings > Lead Searches > ADD. Enter keywords, must include keywords and must not include keywords. Select the language preference the tweet is written in. Select the mile radius relative to your community's city. Once you ve selected all of your preferences, click SAVE. You may enter up to five lead searches. Navigate back to the Leads tab to view the results. 1. To respond to any lead searches that have populated results, click the heart to Like the tweet or click the reply icon to Reply to the tweet. 11
12 Content Here, you can find pre-curated, interesting and relevant content to repost to your social channels. To add more content, go to Settings > Interesting Content. Search popular RSS feeds by clicking SEARCH to add feeds from content sources your residents may find interesting. Figure 1 You can also sort by business category at the top. Click the plus sign next to your choice, then click close. Figure 2 To add a direct link, select ADD and simply copy and paste the URL and the RSS name will automatically populate. Add the RSS category name which will appear as a filter in the Category tab. Select Save. Figure 3 Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 12
