Our prcess methdlgy is cntinually reviewed fr imprvement t further ensure quality develpment and prduct delivery cnsistent with custmer expectatins. The fllwing prcess methdlgy is a representatin used in ne f ur business applicatins. Every prject has unique requirements, hence at the start f a prject, a custm ptimal prcess methdlgy is defined prir t the launch f the prject. Alha s methdlgy represents an ptimizatin f standard prcess management techniques and best practices established thrugh many years f prject develpment experience. The imprtant features f Alha methdlgy include: Iterative Prcess: ensures inputs frm successr prcess at each stage f the develpment cycle.
