4 Introduction Product listing by single upload is a method to create one SKU at a time in SellerCenter. Highlights Product creation is fast and easy, go live and start selling by completing only ONE page! Categories are suggested based on the product name inputted Simplified rich text editor for product descriptions Show warranty period only when warranty type is filled New user interaction for SKU management and bulk edit of SKU information Ability to drag and drop multiple images from internal directory into browser 4

6 Login to Seller Center New sellers are limited to upload max 500 active items before reaching 30 orders in 90 days Click tostart listing On the Add product page you will need to complete 4 sections. Product to Sell Basic Information More Product details Variations Product to sell, is a common section for all categories, whereas Basic information, More product details and Variations will appear after the category has been selected. In each section, mandatory fields (highlighted with * sign)must be completed for the product to be live 6

7 As you type in the product name, category suggestions will appear with recommendations based on keywords in your product name. Choose a category to list your product. 2. You can either choose among one of the category suggestions or click on Category to navigate the category tree 3. You can click on History to see the list of categories used before 4. After inputting the category, Brand and Model will appear. Complete the mandatory field to proceed. 7

8 1. Enter the product description. Use the formatting options to decorate your product description and make it more visually attractive to customers. Click on MORE to see the full list of formatting options. 2. Click on the blue plus to upload an image from your internal folder. To re-arrange the images drag and drop them 3. Input a video URL to make your product page more exciting and engaging to customers. Video URLs will be shown at the end of description on product page. 4. If you choose a Warranty Type, Warranty Period will appear. 5. Fill in your Package Weight in kilograms and Package Dimensions (Length, Width, Height) in centimetres

9 After completing the Basic Information section, you ll see next section named More Product Details. More Product Details contains descriptive attributes of the product such as screen size, dress length, clothing material, etc. In default view, you will only see mandatory attributes. Click on More to see the full listof attributes and fill in more attributes to improve your product searchability 9

10 If your products have variations such as color and size, you will be asked to fill in variation attributes in the Variations section 1. For color variations, you can upload the images of each color after choosing the color. Click on Upload Image next to each color to open the image section 2. Click on the blue plus to upload an image from your internal folder. You can also select multiple images from your internal folder and drop them into the browser. Then drag and drop the images to re-arrange the order. By default, the first image that is uploaded will be displayed on Product Page as thumbnails for different variations. 3. If you wish to customize the thumbnail image, Click on Use a different thumbnail. You can either crop an uploaded image to make it thumbnail or upload a new image

11 In order to create variations for Size, you will have to choose the size origin that your products are using such as EU, UK, US, etc. After selecting the size Origin, choose size value that is applicable for your products. You will only see size values that are relevant to the Size Origin you chose. 11

12 1. After creating variations, you will see a SKU table generated based on your selection of sizes and colors. For example if you choose 2 colors and 3 sizes, there will be 6 SKUs generated in the SKU table. 2. You can bulk edit SKU information by inputting Price, Stock, SellerSKU, Sale Price etc. on the top of the table and click Set for All. Don t forget to edit Sellers SKU for each SKU as they must be unique. 3. You can write directly on the table to change information as youwish. 4. If you do not wish to sell a SKU, switch the button in Availability to Off

13 Recheck again all the information you have inputted, to make sure it s accurate Hit Publish to submit your new product Please note that your product will go through a Quality Control process before it can be live on the website 13
