Complete information and procedures for implementing the enhancements are included in the applicable sections of this document. Please use the latest version of your Internet browser. 8 Organizational Settings: New MISC#3 & #4 Fields PatientTrak Release Summary: May 2018 Navigation: Admin >Organization Settings >Field Labels The MISC3 and MISC4 fields are available for extra fields the Patient record and are disabled by default. If you check the box you can then enable them and label them as you require. Note: These new miscellaneous fields are for use within the Patient Record and for exporting data purposes. 9 Patient Detail (page redesign) PatientTrak Release Summary: May 2018 Navigation: View > Patient Detail The Patient Detail page has been redesigned. Activities and Text Message History are now tabbed. Each tab has a table that can be sorted. As before, the User can and Display it on the Tracking Board. If your User permissions allow, you can click the button to open a window for editing, make changes then Add the new Activity. The Activities table will be updated with the newly added activity. P a g e 9
10 Clicking the button will launch another window for editing. This relates to the Start Day/Time of that specific Activity. If the User has permission, they can select the Activity, change either the date or time or both and resave the Activity to the Tracking Board. An Activity can be deleted by clicking on the activities. button. Note, ask your Administrator when it is appropriate to edit dates/times and delete P a g e 10
