17 User Settings User settings are configured by OU and impact what your users can do after they log into the device. These settings will also apply when users sign in to Chrome with their school account on another device. If a setting does not apply to all to all devices, there will be a lightbulb next to the setting indicating what devices support it.

20 Enrollment Controls: Device management > Chrome > User Settings> Enrollment Controls Place chrome device in user organization. Helpful if manually enrolling chromebooks so you do not have to manually move them. The device settings unique to the user s OU will be automatically added to the device.

21 Apps and Extensions Device management > Chrome > User Settings> Apps and Extensions Force- install: Can t be removed by user Allowed Apps and Extensions To block specific apps and extensions, select Allow all apps and extensions except the ones I choose (the default selection), click the Manage link that appears below the radio buttons, then choose the items to block as described below. To block most extensions and applications, select the option Block all apps and extensions except the ones I choose, click the Manage link that appears below the radio buttons, then choose the items to allow as described below. If you block all apps and extensions except those you choose, this will include all the default apps a CB would get. You will need to explicitly choose those apps to add them back. Pinned This setting pins the apps and extensions pinned to the app launcher that your users see when signed in to their Chrome device.

You can also recommend apps and extensions for your domain in a custom collection named after your domain in the Chrome Web Store.
