4 Login Screen Before you can enter the site, you must also check the box to agree to the terms and conditions. Once you complete these steps, click the Submit button. In order to display this page, type or paste com into your web browser s address bar and press Enter. Type your Username and your Password, both of which are case sensitive. 5 Home Page Click the ZLC logo any time you want to return to the Home page. Click to contact the ZLC Administrator. ZLC Home Page There are four main sections in the ZLC accessible from the main menu bar. My Learning Plan If you have a Learning Plan connected to your account, your progress is indicated by the Zaxby s chicken and the percentage number. Searches the entire site for information related to the key words you enter. Your next action in the plan will display here. Course & Testing Catalog The Course & Test Catalog section displays the newest and updated courses and tests added to the ZLC. My Teams The My Teams section lets you access your store s team room. Here, you can check for events, store-specific content, or contribute to an ongoing discussion. Library The Library section only displays the high level content topics. 6 My Learning Plan The My Learning Plan section contains a list of your assigned mandatory training, activities, and courses. Learning Plans change based on role type. Courses are automatically checked off as you progress through your Learning Plan, but you need to check off most activities manually. Note: Some activities need to be checked off by your manager. 7 Courses & Tests Catalog To search for or find courses outside of your Learning Plan, click on one of the topics tabs in this section. You can also use the site wide search function for a specific topic. When searching for courses or tests: Courses are always marked with the Tests are always marked with the icon icon Note: If you are not a manager, you will have to request approval for taking a specific course. 8 Library To search for or find a specific job aid, click on one of the topics tabs in this section. You can also use the site wide search functions. 10 My Profile To access a snapshot of your personal information, click on My Profile. From here, you can edit your user info, personal info, picture, and store info. Note: Be sure to save your changes. Zaxby s Franchising, Inc. ZLC User Guide... 8

12 Contact You must click the Submit button to send your information. Once you click on the Contact link, use this tab to communicate feedback or questions to the ZLC Administrator. The red asterisks (*) indicate required fields. Zaxby s Franchising, Inc. ZLC User Guide... 10

13 Search For a basic search, type a key word(s) into the text box and click the Search button. For an advanced search, click the Advanced Search link to expand the screen. Provide the appropriate information and click the Advanced Search button. Clicking the Search link in the main menu bar without first entering a key word(s) yields a blank Search screen.
