1 PRE-REQUISITES A. SOFTWARE The following software are the pre-requisites for functioning of SRM. Recommended OS: Windows 7 SP1 and above. Note: (Windows XP is not recommended) Recommended Browser: Internet Explorer 11 (Upgrade I.E 8, 9 &10 to I.E 11 with the help of your IT team). Or Download and install from below link: ( Windows-7-details.aspx) (32 bit or 64-Bit); Select the appropriate based on the Operating System. Note: Do not use Other browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Chrome, etc. as Digital signature signing, encryption and some other features will not work on these browsers. Install the following pre-requisites in Administrator account or user account with Administrator privileges Java 8 update 131 (minimum) or latest. (can be download from the following link : ( downloads html ) (Gives the latest version available) a) Select Windows x86 Offline for download. b) Uninstall previous version(s) of Java c) Install the new downloaded Java

VC++2010 redistributable: Download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from the following link. https://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=5555 Microsoft.

Microsoft.net frame work 4.5 or above if not pre-installed Link: Note: Windows 8 and windows 10 come with pre-installed.net Framework, so there is no need to install.net Frame work 4.5 or above. After installing the pre-requisites restart the system. Login to the system Open Control panel Start Control panel
