Wi-Fi Mode: you can remotely view the live video anywhere and anytime only keep your device on internet. 2.Reset button: Please press the reset button for 10 seconds,which mean reset successfully. 3.Please format the micro SD card before insert into camera.next plug into outlet,otherwise the camera will can t recognize the SD card. 4.Once you insert Micro SD card into camera,even if there is not any network,camera can also record and save it into Micro SD card.once you make the camera connect Wi-Fi,you can playback the video from Micro SD card on APP. 5. Note:If alarm notification is pushed failed,please click Refresh push button on app for iphone. 1
1: Download APP 1.1:Download App Camwf from Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple Store (for IOS system). Or scan QR code on the first page of instruction. Note:Please select Download IOS for iphone. Please select Machine with QR code Download for Android. 1.2:The default user name: admin. AP Mode(Android Version) Step1: Use your smart phone and go into the WLAN setting,next search and connect camera Wi-Fi named HCAM... or RT... (Photo-1). Note:if you can t search router Wi-Fi name on app. 1.Please make sure if the router Wi-Fi signal is strong 2.Please make sure if you hide the Wi-Fi name on your router. Then press,the camera will be displayed offline. Motion Dection Alarm Photos:you have to un-insert micro sd card,using sd card reader,view the photos on computer. Account Setting:you can only modify the camera name. Camera setting Security Code setting:you can modify the original password to forbid anyone access to your camera.(original password:888888) Video setting:you can select the video resolution depending on your demand. Motion Detection:you can select the off/low/medium/high/max. Note:You have to insert micro sd card into camera,otherwise you only get motion alarm push notification,can t get the 3 photos. Recording Setting:you can select off/full Time/Alarm record in the SD Record. Note:if you select Alarm record in SD Record,you have to also enable motion detection.all videos are recorded in Micro SD Card. After settings,please make sure press OK button. View Snapshot:you only playback the photos and videos from phone. 11

Set more functions on the PC client. Please make sure camera complete router Wi-Fi configuration. Next please input http://www.mymitech.com/download.html on web browser.next select download PC Client. Next,you can remotely view live video and modify camera settings via IPCSearchIE or CMS. Suggestion:we suggest buyers to choose IPCSearchIE.it s easier than CMS. Q&A: Q:How can i reset my Camera? A:Please press the reset button for 10 seconds Note: After reset,the camera will recover its factory setting.you have to set device name and password again. Q:Where do i find photos when motion alarm? A:you have to insert micro SD card into camera,once motion is activated,the camera will take 3 photos,and store in micro SD card. Q:How to operate the camera when fail to connect and forget password? A: Please reset it, next connect the camera again. Q: What is Micro SD Card Required for Recording? Why I Can t Use My Micro SD Card for Recording? A: The camera supports up to 128 GB Micro SD card(fat). You must format the Micro SD card before insert camera.if a SD card is not recognized when inserted into camera,please unplug camera,next remove and insert again,next plug camera into outlet again. 21
Q: Do I have to constantly have my phone connected to the camera for the alarms to work? Or do I set it up once and disconnect? A: You don't need to connect the phone to the camera all the time, just need to have the app run in the background, you can still receive alarms. Q: Why does my computer or security software say the software is dangerous and it is a virus? A: The software will detect device in your network, and it seems like a virus. Please ignore the warning and continue. Q: Can t get device Wi-Fi signal on phone Wi-Fi settings? A:1).Please reset camera. 2) Please unplug the camera,next plug camera into outlet again. Q: Why the camera can t go online after i connect my router? A: 1.It support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network,support IEEE802.11 b/g/n mixed,don't support IEEE802.11.ac,Don t support 5GHz network. 2.Please make sure make camera close to your router. 3.Check if your Wi-Fi setting is correct or not, proper password may be needed. 4.Check router signal, your device may don t connect to Wi-Fi due to weak Wi-Fi signal.sometimes,when your phone or computer download files,it will influence the network. 5.Please close your VPN on your smart phone. 6.Make sure your Wi-Fi security is WPA or WPA2 instead of WEP. 22
7.Make sure your Wi-Fi SSID and password do not contain special characters and non-english letters. Change them in your wireless router if there are these characters. You would better only use numbers, English letters, - and _. 8.Make sure there are only one SSID which named as you choose. 9. Make sure your router enable DHCP. 10.Make sure not enable Wireless MAC address filter on modem router. 11.Make sure not enable ARP binding. 12.Make sure close QOS. 13.Make sure your phone don t forbid the APP enable Wi-Fi or 4G network or GPS permissions. 14.Make sure not enable ARP binding. Q:How can I record videos when not connecting the device to a wireless network? A: You can record videos in the Micro SD card. Q: Will the record straight to a cell phone? A: Yes, it can record in APP from cell phone, but you have to open the record button from App.Mealtime,please open the Listen button,otherwise the recording video has no sound.and please don t exit the local interface.otherwise the video will be stopped. 23
