(Empanelment will be valid for different works for Branches under control of Jodhpur Zonal Office, Jodhpur). 2. Air Conditioning Contractors Upto Rs. 5 lac above Rs.5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac
3. Empanelment criteria for selection of Architects/Consultants/Contractors are as under:- (A) (a) Architects for Civil Construction/ Interior Furnishing / Renovation/ Repair job : upto Rs.20 lac (i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed - 1 job of Rs 16 lac or - 2 jobs of 10 lac or - 3 jobs of 8 lac (iv) (v) The Firm/individual must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their past performance. The architect should be a member of council of architecture and member of Indian Institute of Architect. Architects for Civil Construction/ Interior Furnishing/ Renovation/ Repair job : above Rs.20 lac and upto Rs.100 lac (i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015.. The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed - 1 job of Rs 80 lac or - 2 jobs of 50 lac or - 3 jobs of 40lac (iv) (v) The Firm/individual must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their past performance. The architect should be a member of council of architecture and member of Indian Institute of Architect
(B) Structural Consultant:. (a) (c) The Firm/individuals must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09-2015. The Firm/individual must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their past performance. (C) Electrical Consultant: (i) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015. The Firm must have experience of having successfully rendered consultancy services for Electrical works of - 1 job of Rs 40 lac or - 2 jobs of 25 lac or - 3 jobs of 20 lac or - 5 jobs of 10 lacs (iv) The Firm/individual must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their past performance. (D) Civil Contractors: (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015 in executing Construction/ repairs / minor addition/ alteration to commercial / residential/institutional buildings. The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2015 shall be at least (i) for panels upto Rs. 10 lac Rs.3 lac
(C) for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac Rs.8 lac for panels above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac Rs.15 lac (iv) for panels above Rs.50 lac and upto Rs.100 lac - Rs.30 lac (d) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of maintenance / repairs of premises of commercial / institutional / residential buildings costing as mentioned hereunder during last 5 years (i) for panels upto Rs. 10 lac - 6 jobs of Rs. 1.5 Lacs (in a single year) or - 3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.8 lac. For panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac- - 3jobs of Rs.10 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.12.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.20 lac. for panels above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.20 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.30 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.40 lac. (iv) for panels above Rs.50 lac and upto Rs.100 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.40 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.50 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.80 lac. (e) The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report against their past performance. (E) Interior Furnishing Contractors: (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015 in executing interior furnishing of premises of commercial / residential/institutional buildings. The average financial turnover during last 3 years ended on 31.03.2015 shall be at least (i) for panel upto Rs. 10 lac Rs.3 lac p.a
(iv) for panel above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac Rs.8 lac p.a for panel above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac Rs.15 lac p.a for panel above Rs.50 lac and upto Rs 100 lac - Rs.30 lac p.a (c) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed projects of interior furnishing of official premises of commercial / institutional buildings costing as mentioned hereunder during last 5 years (i) for panels upto Rs. 10 lac - 6 jobs of Rs. 1.5 Lacs (in a single year) or - 3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.8 lac. for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.10 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.12.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.20 lac. for panels above Rs.25 lac and upto Rs.50 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.20 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.30 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.40 lac. (iv) for panels above Rs.50 lac and upto Rs.100 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.40 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.50 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.80 lac. (d) (e) The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse report against their past performance. (F) Electrical Contractors: (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09- 2015 in electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2015 shall be at least (i) for panels upto Rs.5 lac Rs.1.5 lac
for panels above Rs. 5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac Rs.3 lac for panel above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac Rs.8 lac p.a (c) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :- (i) for panels upto Rs.5 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.1.5 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.4.0 lac. for panels above Rs. 5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac - 3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.8 lac. for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.10 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.12.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.20 lac. (d) (e) The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance. (G) Air Conditioning Contractors: (a) The Firm must have minimum 5 years experience as on 30-09-2015 in electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential buildings. The average financial turnover during the last 3 years ended on 31.03.2015 shall be at least (i) for panels upto Rs.5 lac Rs.1.5 lac for panels above Rs. 5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac Rs.3 lac for panel above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac Rs.8 lac p.a (c) The Firm must have experience of having successfully completed electrical work of commercial / institutional / residential building of Public Sector Undertakings / Government Undertaking etc. having minimum costing as mentioned hereunder :-
(i) for panels upto Rs.5 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.2.0 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.2.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.4.0 lac. for panels above Rs. 5 lac and upto Rs.10 lac - 3 jobs of Rs. 4 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.8 lac. for panels above Rs.10 lac and upto Rs.25 lac - 3 jobs of Rs.10 lac each or - 2 jobs of Rs.12.5 lac each or - 1 job of Rs.20 lac. (d) The Firm must have worked for Government / Public Sector Undertakings / Banks and shall not have any discouraging / adverse reports against their par performance. (e) setup in Jodhpur/Kota/Ajmer/Udaipur/Jaipur 4. The intending firm should submit documentary evidence for the turnover for last 3 years and experience claimed, failing which, the relevant information will not be considered. The Certificate of Charted Accountant to be attached in the following format:-- Year 2012-13 2013-14 2014-15 Turnover (Rs) 5. Blank prescribed pre-qualification/ empanelment forms will be available during office hours up to 26-11.2015 from 10.00 A.M to 5.00 P.m. on working days from the office of the Zonal manager, Bank of India,Jodhpur Zone General Operation Department, Jasoda Tower Akhaliya Circle,Jodhpur (Rajasthan) on payment of Rs.1,000/- by Pay Order / Demand Draft in favour of Bank of India payable at Jodhpur 6. The interested firms may also download prescribed pre-qualification forms from our website. However, they have to enclose a Pay Order / Demand Draft for Rs.1,000/- in favour of Bank of India while submitting the application form duly filled in, in all respects, failing which, their applications will be liable for rejection. 7. The pre-qualification forms duly filled in, in all respects, and signed should be submitted on or before 3.00 p.m. on 27-11.2015. Tender fee Rs 1,000/- in the form of Demand Draft in favor of Bank of India payable at Jodhpur which is non refundable and must be enclosed with the pre-qualification/empanelment documents and complete Tender to be dropped in the Tender Box placed at above address. 8 The application for the architect should be accompanied by Audited balance Sheet & IT assessment for the last three years, Service Tax No.,Proof of present/active empanelment from other firms/ Banks, proof of similar works executed etc(for the purpose copies of work completion certificates /workorders/may be furnished. 9. The application for the contractors/vendors should be accompanied by Audited balance Sheet & IT assessment for the last three years, solvency certificate, VAT/TIN No., Service Tax No.,ESI and PF registration No. Proof of present/active empanelment from other firms/ Banks, proof of similar works executed etc(for the purpose copies of work completion certificates /work orders/ may be furnished. 8.
