Question? What do you Notice about the Labels? Why is the right edge of graph not touching the right limit of page? Let s Use Alt + Enter!
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width)
Toileting Case Date Accidents Prompted Independent Monday l l l l l l l l l l Tuesday l l l l l l l Wednesday l l l l l l l l l Thursday l l l l l l l Friday l l l l Average Inter-response time = 60 minutes
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 1. Open the file 4 data graph Template again 2. Save as Toileting Program 3. Delete Series Bx1, Bx2 and Bx3 from the graph 4. Rename Graph Tab to Toileting 5. In Data Sheet label Bx 1 = Accidents, Bx 2 = Prompted, Bx 3 = Independent, Bx 4 = % Correct
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 6. Phases are: Baseline x 5 sessions (Solid phase change) Prompt 30 mins x 10 sessions (Dashed phase change) Prompt 60 mins x 10 sessios (Dashed phase change) Independent x 10 sessions (Dashed Phase change) 7. Mastery Criteria is 80% correct over 2 sessions (Revision is 50% over 3 sessions). 8. There will be no revisions.
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 8. DELETE All Bx Data 9. Add phase lines as described above 17. Add phase labels as described above (At least 1 row below phase line 105) 18. Client will be absent Aug 15, Aug 27, Sept 3 rd
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 19. ENTERING DATA a. We already have data up to Aug 23 rd. The rest is unknown except for absenses. b. Enter #N/A in the first row under accidents. c. Drag to Independent. d. Select the three cells C2 to E2 and double click the little black box e. It should fill the columns with #N/A down to the bottom session
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width)
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 20. In the % Correct Column it will be calculated as : (Independent + Prompted)/(Accidents + Independent + Prompted) 21. In Cell F2 write the equation =sum(d2:e2)/sum(c2:e2)*100 and hit enter 22. Select F2 and double click the little black box. It will expand the equation down the % Correct column
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 23. Now populate Accidents, Prompted and Independent for each day. a) Make baseline low below 50% (e.g for each day) b) Make sure % Correct is above 80% for two days prior to a dashed phase change c) Make sure to skip absent days d) Stop at Aug DELETE the lines crossing phase change lines 25. Just for fun, this client finds Batman Reinforcing. Let s change her data labels to Batman logos!
Let s Practice #2! Toileting (Formulas, expanding graph width) 26. Conditional Formatting (Green 80 or greater, Red 50 or lower) a) Select entire column F (% Correct) b) Under Home tab select Conditional Formatting Button c) Select New Rule Format Only Cells that Contain d) Cell Value Greater than or equal to 80 Click Format Button MAKE GREEN FILL e) Repeat New rule Cell Value Less than or equal to 50 f) Click Format button MAKE FILL RED
Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing
Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing 1. Open 4 Bx data graph template 2. Save as Rates of Behaviour 3. Label Bx 1 = Aggression, Bx 2 = Disruption, Bx 3 = SIB Bx 4 = Combined Bx 4. Make all Bx 1 Bx 3 data #N/A 5. For Combined Bx use formula in Cell F2 =sum(c2:e2) And drag down or double click little black box 6. Make Column F Grey (as you will not directly enter data here)

Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing 7. Add some data to columns C, D and E for the first 5 rows 8. Change Label on graph to Behaviours per minute 9. Change Y axis Maximum to Have Baseline for first 5 sessions, then Label Treatment DRO
Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing COPYING 1. Select the tab Combined Behaviour Graph and right click 2. Select Move or Copy 3. Select box create a copy 4. Move next to Combined Behaviour and Rename the sheet tab Aggression 5. Do this again to create new tabs for Disruption and SIB 6. Go back through each graph and delete the 3 series that are not in the Tab name
Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing SOURCING 1. The other way you might want to achieve this is to have all graphs start with a copy of the final Combined Behaviour graph (Empty Circle as marker). This would indicate they have the same function based on FA results. 2. First you will delete Aggression, Disruptions and SIB lines from the Combined Bx graph. 3. Then create 3 copies of the sheet, rename and source to the appropriate behaviour and data column
Let s Practice #3! Copying and Sourcing SOURCING E.g. for Aggression graph a) RIGHT Click on the graph b) Choose the Combined series c) Edit the Title to Aggression (C1) d) Edit the data to point to Aggression column (C2:C19) e) This graph will now point to the aggression column Do the same for the Disruption and SIB Graphs.
Ready to drop? Dropping Your Graph into a Word document Select your graph Copy (Ctrl + C) Go to your word document Make the page landscape (Select title Page Layout Page set up Landscape Apply to: Selected text) Paste Special (Ctrl+Alt+V) PNG Erase title
