Mr. Davidson has served as design consultant and presentation specialist for shopping center developers, specialty retailers, national restaurant operators and architectural firms though out North and South America. In addition, Darrell Davidson has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at The Community College of Baltimore County since 2008.

2 Notable Projects Conjunto Nacionales located in the historic capital city of Brasilia, Brazil, Mr. Davidson was charged with creating new entry architecture, signage, graphics and tenant criteria for the existing Conjunto Nacionale Mall, one million square feet of stores, restaurants and major transit hub. The Brewery located in one of Baltimore's historic neighborhoods, The Berg Development Group requested market studies, tenant mix planning, and architectural imaging for this 250,000 square foot mixed-use community center. Decor Home Fashion Center, a 200,000 square foot home furnishings mall developed by Emporium Development and highlighted in the Baltimore Suns 'Maryland Business Weekly' as a viable component in the Towson downtown revitalization plan. Mr. Davidson was responsible for creating architectural imaging, tenant storefront criteria and presentation materials. JW Kitchen 6500 sq.ft.
